May 28,2021Very efficient service from Dyson Bikes. However Australia Post were the carriers and despite paying for delivery , Australia Post only took the parcel ,which was a large bike rack, to a local Post Office for me to collect. This was a disappointment.

May 27,2021Great sized mirror. If you read the instructions carefully you can fit it easily. I thought the cap screw was too tight but it actually fitted well after I read that it was meant to be tight (as the instructions says)😊

May 01,2021I bought a Dyson electric bike (hard tail evo) in 2017, 4 years later it has done over 11,000 kms and still going strong. Every time I have had a question or needed to replace a part I have recieved the best service from an online retailer I have ever experienced. I Live in Alice Springs and there is no local dealer, but I have always had any small questions answered and been given detailed instructions on how to fix or replace parts. The bike itself is very rugged and all of the fixes that it has needed are due to mistreatment or wearing out the tyres and tubes. It got to the stage where my wife was using the bike as much as I was and we had to do a roster to see who got to use it. So recently I got a Tilba for her and now we are both riding strong. I also use the bike to tow my son on a ride-a-long and the extra weight is easy to deal with with the electric assist. Couldn't be happier I choose Dyson for my electric bike(s).

Apr 30,2021re the purchase of my e bike from MY RIDE in SHEPPARTON, the staff were helpful all aspect of the bike were explained in detail shown how to fold the bike for transport. i later purchased rea and front lights by email these arrived two days later. i wasvery happy with the service.

Apr 12,2021Bought a Dyson Hard Tail Evo (from Bicycle Superstore, Carnegie) a few days ago and am extremely impressed so far. Excellent value for money! My one dealing with Dyson Bikes was a query I sent them on Sunday afternoon. I expected a reply on Monday at the very earliest but received a reply within minutes. Very impressive!

Jun 02,2021Everything is good. The build is better than same level but cheaper bikes sold online. However, the front brake has loud squeaky sound from day one and might need to get it fixed at the bike shop.
