Oct 17,2024Fast friendly easy to use service. Roger sorted everything out for me and kept me informed all the way. Whole process took less than 3 weeks (loft insulation and new boiler) the tradesman sent were polite,efficient and tidy. Would highly recommend anyone to use.

Feb 11,2025We applied for loft insulation through the Government-funded Great British Insulation Scheme and were automatically assigned E4Less. My summary of my experience was mixed: communication was fairly slow, the surveyor turned up late (claimed to be 5 mins away but didn't arrive for another hour), during the visit he failed to properly take photos and so I ended up having to take all his photos again for him (this was the following week as he didn't inform me that there was an issue with our application until I contacted him), and then failed to communicate properly with the installer on details of the property (need for trickle vents in windows, boarding in loft, etc). At the end of the day, our loft was insulated for free so I'm not going to complain too much however I wouldn’t recommend the experience to a friend.
