Moved my young dog here from another well known vet group, main reason was due to the 365 plan. My tiny king Charles cavalier was spayed at this surgery at 2 years of age...biggest unanswered question is why was an approximate 2cm patch of skin scalpeled off and left red raw??? I've always thought that was wrong. She then developed a skin infection in the internal stitches, fair enough that happens and it was dealt with promptly. My little lady was then due her annual jab a few weeks later. No distraction methods were used as they were at her previous surgery. From then on my dog developed a fear of the vets, not just EPC but when walking through a surgery she had never been in before to access the groomers. I thought she would then be scared of all vets for life. But earlier this week she developed a minor ailment and I contacted EPC. I felt the receptionist was a bit abrupt, as I have done previously when ringing them but wanted a more thorough discussion before bringing her in. So I contacted her old surgery where she was still registered and got all the answers I needed from their receptionist, who even took the time to speak to a nurse to ensure I got the correct advice. My dog obviously remembered this surgery from going there as a puppy and walked in happily, no hesitation or fear. Needless to say I'd rather spend a pounds extra and know that I will get the reassurance and advice I'm looking for and my dog can attend without fear.

It just shows the " textbook " replies this Company uses. Someone wrote a negative review after visiting the Kettering branch and the reply from EPC was..... can you tell us which branch! Clearly not been read has it! Oh dear,have I made a mistake! The post did not say it has been updated but I will give EPC the benefit of the doubt. Thanks for your fast reply EPC, I am still waiting on some info though from a few months ago, you are not always so quick at responding.

Hello everyone who loves their pets, I am totally disappointed from last couple of visits the Easipetcare Kettering, which cost me patient ans money. My review is: This is pet insurance consumers and your money consumer company where the "Doctors vets" have only 10 minutes per each case. Company hires mostly not experienced Vets, Who have no connection on your pet, feels nothing to your loved pet. it means for you just basic care vaccination and flea treatment. In worst case as my was they will help you only when your pet is insured-this means money for them. Be aware and think to change practice to proper maybe smaller Vet who thinks for help to your pet not for money..!!! minus all stars for them.

arrived early to have my dogs booster for the year, vet saw us almost immediately . we voiced concern about a problem with one of our cockapoos ears , which we were prescribed ear drops. everything was great and the surgery was clean and bright. i would recomend this practice to everyone in the chatham/ rochester area

I would like to thank all the staff at Chatham easy pet care for being so sympathetic understanding and patient when we had to have our lovely Dog Ted put to sleep,it was a very emotional day for us i cant praise the staff enough. A big Thank you to George for helping us through this very difficult time.

Let me first say the vets them selves have been really good to our cat but the reception staff at the Woodley branch really let this branch down. My cat has a thyroid problem and has to have gel twice a day. Was told to just call to order the medicine, did that with enough time to ensure we will not run out. Never received the phone call the first time they said they will call to let know when medicine will be in. When I-called to check up the girl said there was nothing on the board so it has not been ordered. She then told us she will check and call back, again I had to chase them and then was told they are out of stock so will take a week to get. Seeing that my cat needs on a daily basis I then started calling other vet to get medicine, who then told me I need a prescription. Call you again and again was fobbed around by your staff who clearly do not communicate between each other. All I need was the prescription but then was told it will take 48 hours because a vet has to do it. After 48 hours again no phone call as promised and when I called again was told no not done because they where to busy. Is this how you treat all your patients?

After using this vets for years I’m sad to say that I have now left the practice. There is a definite over reliance on prescribing anti sickness, painkillers and antibiotics. Constantly told “we will rerun tests in a couple of months” Routine bloods were redone at another vet, issue identified, a simple once a day supplement suggested and after only a week there are signs of improvement. Easipetcare had missed early liver issues and been less than consistent. with an ophthalmology issue. I’m just grateful I didn’t let this continue any longer. New vet also said the quality of the notes sent over was very poor and one section of no help whatsoever. I think the costs are kept low by not providing all the options. Vets seem very young which can be positive and negative but in my case inexperience seems to have showed. I actually think I spent more money in return visits when treatments fail, than I now do with my new vet.

This is the worse vets ever . Over prescribe steriods for my dog . Then didnt know what was causing his skin to be all inflamed, red raw and losing his hair. After they kept giving different treatments as unaware was causing it . Poor little thing was bleeding sores now . Cost us a small fortune back and forth and still not getting the answers. Went to a new vet practice soon i told him what steriods his been on and how long for . Straight away diagnosed him with calinous cutis. Over use of long term steriods. It took a good year and half to clear up. So glad we went to new vets . As the last visit to easipet care cost us £300 and they said he might have to be put down . Shame on them .i did complain at the time and was told to come back when a manager was there. Would not ever step foot in that door again. Mr.mrs fox MAWSLEY. And we was on ur records with our 2 dogs .

I've been going here for nine years ,have no idea why,they have not got a clue , what there doing,each time you go you get different student, who wants to play vet,in the last seven weeks my dog has been losing weight, all you get is I will give him injection, come back 10 days.another £80 gone. And this goes on and on, I had to suggest blood test,there response, as his old, there is a high risk if you put him under, why would you put him under to take bloods, I Have never been knocked out when I give blood. I am furious with these incompetent bufones, they are clueless,all there interested in is your money,and taking advantage of people who love there animals. ( SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE )only smile when your handing over money.now I am going to find another vet ,whilst I still have a DOG. steer clear if you value your pet.easi pet care once you could walk in and wait .but now have to book appointment to give them your money.whats easy about that.and yes they are friendly, most often.but not having a rant about that .and just in case they try and get review removed like so many others,saying not a customer,,please feel. Free to look at profile pic ,it shows last appointment,you cannot remove review just because you do not like it. No me hagas habler de recepcionista grasero,McDonald's no emplearia.gracias por nada.🙀😮

Easipet Care have always been extremely friendly and reassuring. I've never had any problems - prices are reasonable too. Every vet I've seen has always been brilliant with my pets and always given them a thorough check up.

I was recommend to easipet care by my daughter. I am very happy with them, they were lovely to my kitten, who I adore and my first visit they brought me some water and a syringe to give him a drink, on the 2nd visit, he had an op and when I picked him up he appeared happy. I am looking forward to taking him for his 2nd injection next week. Thanks guys x

Excellent vets! They put the animals first and are so friendly, no question is a silly question and I felt completely at ease dropping my pet off for her opp! I was kept updated and was told to ring if I was worried. 5/5 service
