Vets at Kettering very good with our animals however the charges for medication on flea treatment has sky rocketed and to find out I have been charged £350.00 more in practice than I could have purchased for online with a prescription and then to be told I had the option of a prescription so tough luck we don't offer refunds . I have been with this practice a number of years and trusted them but feel completely ripped off with these medication charges. Low cost vets ...yes until you need medication or you have not subscribed to a plan so again the flee treatments are 2 to 3 times what others are charging. Thanks a lot I have learn't my lesson.

had an awful experiance. Took my 12 week old kitten to get a check from the vets for a second opinion due to concerns with drinking, sneezing and a little bump on her head. we were seen by the vet named konstantin and my kitten was being brutalised and I wish I was exaggerating. he was extremely rough and careless and showed zero compassion whilst pressing hard and squeezing her bump whilst she was screaming. the WORST part was when he had to check her temperature in which he had to stick the thermometer up her bum- he had not lubricated it and had quite literally shoved it inside her with brute force which left her absolutely screaming and I cannot get the screams of her pain out of my head. he then deducted her bump down to it being a "skull hernia" and a "fractured skull" (?) to which he then said nonchalantly "so what do u want me to do" ,COMPLETELY unprofessional. me and my sister, outstanded at his words and actions, then asked if there's anything that could potentially be done in which he came up with her needing to be sedated, shaved and x-rayed at a price of £700. he said it is "hard to tell" what is wrong with her and literally GOOGLED it in front of us because he didn't even know what he was talking about. he told us he's concerned and that if we care about her we should pay £700. absolutely ridiculous for something that is so obviously a cyst. he then dismissed my concerns about her sneezing and lack of hydration and focused on the £700 disgnosis he made up. these vets are extremely money hungry and have no care or regard about these poor animals health. I then had a panic attack after leaving the room as I was in complete shock after seeing him brutalise her in such a way, and has made me afraid to ever let another vet touch her again. I am quite literally traumatised. (the receptionists were lovely however and calmed me down) the owner i had bought her from 2 days prior had shown me a medical report and told me she's been to 2 vets assuring that my kitten has a sebaceous cyst that has been rapidly decreasing in size and was nothing to be worried about. never in my life have I ever seen such unprofessionalism and complete lack of compassion from a vet in my entire life. do NOT recommend and I do not think he should be allowed near any animals and should be struck off the job. there are alot of negative reviews about konstantin specifically, says everything you need to know. I'd like to have my £55 pounds back from my consultation. complete and utter waste of time and money and came out worse off than before. sticking to the blue cross from now on.

i have had many problems with this vet with loosing animals because they refused to give anti biotic injection to just being rude to me, i was just starting to look round for a new vet anyway after the latest problem with them which was they quoted £340 pounds for a procedure my dog needed, when i dropped her of i said if there is any other problems please call me to discuss it before going a head. they called me two hours later all went well and you can fetch her in 2 hours but she had a problem so you now owe us £1641 pounds i was speechless. i told them i wasn't happy as that wasn't what was quoted and if it was going to be more they should of ask my permission before going a head. they said a manager would call me to talk about it and maybe do a payment plan. 2 weeks later no call i asked again what's happening with this manager calling me, i was told she was very busy and that she would call me soon. over a month later no call, i have had to take the dog back 3 times for infection, the wound not closing this they have charged me on top of the £1641 for . today i received a letter saying they no longer wished to treat my animals and i have two weeks notice to leave there practice. the dog is still not better, they has been navy blue cotton hanging from the wound yet meant to be dissolvable stiches. i think this practice is very unprofessional and shouldn't be in business if it doesn't no have to conduct it self and any post op problems are meant to be covered by the operation price, it is defiantly all about money and not the animals here

This is the email I sent them and explains what happened. Our cat died this morning and I hold the vet we saw yesterday responsible. We brought her in as an emergency on Saturday morning because she couldn't breath properly. Vet didn't know what the problem was and was not prepared to do any blood tests, x-rays or pain relief because it was nearly closing time. He said bring her back Monday. His excuse was he didn't want to do a blood test in case she got more stressed, absolute ********, she died a few hours later anyway. We knew by the pain she was in she wouldn't last until Monday. Now we have to live with the guilt of knowing she died in pain because of his disgraceful treatment. Back in 2022 we were seen by this vet when Tash was losing weight and on that occasion, we made a complaint because of his lazy uncaring attitude. We said if we was to continue using Easipetcare, we request that we see a different vet at your premises, but it was ignored and every time we came back, we was always seen by him. Can you please pass this on to the manager and let them know I wish to have a meeting with them and I will be making a formal complaint to the Royal College Of Veterinary Surgeons and possibly legal action.

Absolutely horrified with this vets, since head vet has gone on Matt leave the surgery has gone downhill, I have been here for nearly 5 years, Last October, my dog ate some grass which nearly killed her. They operated emergency, which I agreed to, £3000 it was a major op they sent her home where she rapidly went downhill, I contacted them they told me there were no vets to take her to Shinfield vets who knows she’s coming, incidentally, Shinfield vets had no idea, another thousand pound later, she finally recovered, My recent visit was she had a small skin tag they done a biopsy. It’s come back clear but it needs to be removed. It’s now got considerably large, they gave me a price over the phone on Thursday and said to bring her in to get it removed, I contacted them today to book her in to be told there is no appointments for the foreseeable future to go and find another vets, How can they run a system like this? Absolutely disgusting and I feel very letdown. I also noticed that their prices have crept up, I don’t believe it’s any longer a affordable vets, I would say to anybody do your research first they are no longer reliable as they cannot facilitate anything more than a vaccination, seemingly, Avoid……

They say They are cheaper but they are not- my consultation now is more expensive than other vets, two year ago they were cheaper but have since really increased the prices, also they over charge the prescription costs. It cost me £65 for 21 tablets of Apoquel, yes they are expensive but i can get them online for under a £1 a tablet, which would have just cost £21, so you can clearly see the difference in price hike, a whole box of 100 would have cost £90 such a rip off! Will be looking at other vets

Would like to pass on heartfelt thanks for the care you gave my boy Charlie on his final day. It’s been a heartbreaking time for the family but the thoughtful card and paw prints meant so much . I know he wasn’t the easiest and I apologise for the trouble he gave 😒but he was very much loved . He arrived back home today which definitely brought a tear to my eye but I can’t Thankyou enough .

Where do I even begin with this place…. Do I begin with consultation for my cat that they insisted took place in the car? The ever-amounting vets bills when nothing is wrong with him? The unnecessary tests? The appalling attitude of the receptionists, who make you feel like a piece of muck on their shoe? I had three separate phone calls with this joke of a place regarding vaccinations for my puppy. They gave me conflicting advice on each call and proceeded to book him in anyway, only for me to arrive all the way from Bedford for them to turn me away at my time of appointment. Couldn’t get past the receptionist, who is probably the most condescending person I’ve ever met, who refused to let me speak to a vet. But don’t worry, they gave my puppy a complimentary treat for his troubles, that he couldn’t eat, given that he is the size of a chicken nugget and this treat was clearly for a large, adult dog. I have deregistered all my pets from this place, which is probably for the best as it is so filthy, even I get the poops when I leave. Although this will come as no shock to the odious receptionist who repeatedly told me “well you can always take your pets somewhere else” and slated advice given by another local vet. Avoid this place, unless you enjoy being ripped off, belittled and leaving with blood or faeces on your shoes.

Years of misdiagnosis which led to huge surgery and recovery which if done one of the many times I took her in the two years prior would have been a lot less intense, not to mention costly. I even asked once if she should have an x-ray to be sure and was told no. The surgeon even confirmed this was building up for years. Post op care and advice was awful. Now moved to Harrison vets who are superior in every way and cheaper.

Wasnt sure what product would be like. Arrived just after time stated by courier. Easy to assemble. Well worth the buy. Our Chihuahua has gotten the hang of it after a few times encouragement with treats on the steps. It is easier for us so we dont need to keep lifting him up onto the windowsill.

We took a stray cat to Easipet to see if she was pregnant , first visit was 9/10/2023 told she was had 2-3weeks to go , we waited no kittens .Took her back on 23/11/2023 told she was DEFINITELY pregnant but the scanner was broken , she had a about a week to go still no kittens . Today (20/12/23) we took the cat to a different vets , it’s doubtful she was ever pregnant, no signs of giving birth ( the cat wasn’t allowed outside ) I’m so disgusted with Easipet , the money wasted on poor diagnosis that I’m cancelling my dogs 365 plan and moving to a different vet that I feel I can trust . I would say to anyone give them a wide berth and use a different vet practice

I've always been happy with the care my dogs received at Easipetcare, until yesterday. My dog became very unwell over the course of yesterday, and the phone message states, in an emergency, come straight down. I was at work, it was late afternoon and I called them to warn we would be on our way shortly to be told the vet had gone home. This was well before the practice closed, at 6pm. Had I gone straight down with my dog, they wouldn't have been able to help. I ended up ringing another local vet who went above and beyond to help us yesterday. I think if a phone message instructs you to come straight down with your pet, in an emergency, there should be a vet on duty at the practice until close of business .

When you're buying and paying for their pack services online, no one tells you about the waiting times. You figure it out later when you're trying to book an appointment. 1 month waiting for a cat jab appointment, to be told 1 day before that there's a nationwide shortage. That shortage is not recent. So if they don't have enough product, they should warn before accepting new registrations. Get old of the stock they have. After the cancelation it has passed over a month. Waiting 2 months for a jab. And the waiting will be longer.. The money off course is on their side. The online pack is still available to buy even though they know there's no vaccines... Scam... They book the appointment to cancel it one day before. Knowing already there's a shortage. Also waiting 1 month for a neutering. No one updates you. You have to keep ringing if you want to.
