Notice how Easipetcare are quick to reply to their positive reviews on here, (which I believe are written by the staff themselves) negative reviews don't get a reply because they don't wish to acknowledge their incompetence. I stress again - do not take your pets to Easipetcare. Your beloved pets are far too precious, and deserve better veterinary care. Take them elsewhere. There will be a point in the near future where Easipetcare will be held accountable for their actions. They are only capable of simple procedures like clipping nails, inoculations and worming and de-fleaing. The staff tell lies to cover each other's backs and take your money, but sadly couldn't care less when it comes to your pet's lives! I wrote a previous review on here - Easipetcare are responsible for the death of my puppy, I cannot afford to sue them, or I would do so. Please heed my warning!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff-who have been so helpful in helping us, hand rear our abandoned kitten. I'm self employed and as a result, constantly watching the pennies. Easipetcare (Streatham) is affordable, without compromising on the quality of care. I feel reassured knowing they are at the end of the phone to answer any worry I might have, no matter how big or how small, without ever feeling that I'm a nuisance. They appreciate and understand, the love we have for our pet. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I’m really disappointed with my visit to easipetcare in Woodley. It was a very unpleasant and dirty place. The waiting room was ok but the ver table was dirty with lots of previous dogs hair on it. Should have been disinfected after each visit as far as I’m concern And to top it up the vet itself was terrible. Really unpleasant and not very helpful at all. Felt like she didn’t want to be there. Answering my basic questions about the injections and about the care in general was a hassle for her. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Even when finances are tight as it is often the case nowadays if you love your pet do not take them to easypetcare Streatham. My cat Kiki was given a dose of anti-worming tablet: praziquantel on the 06/07/2018 at the same time as the flee treatment Advocate on the 06/07/2018 at which point she was fit and healthy. Kiki started to be ill the very same night she was given these two products with vomiting, refusing food and being lethargic. I called easypetcare Streatham on the 07/07/2018 to explain what was happening. I was told that it was impossible for the anti-worming tablet to have caused these symptoms. Kiki went back to easypetcare on the 10/07/2018 very ill, we were told that a blood test and radiography was necessary to find out what was the problem at excruciating cost. We were called soon after that diagnostic to be told that in fact Kiki could be given a treatment instead. The treatment was a pill to swallow whereas Kiki would at this point vomit all day long. Kiki was then taken back to the vet even more ill to have blood test and radiography done to no avail. We were ask to take her home after having eaten nothing for almost a week and being by then very weak. Fortunately, we managed to have access to another vet who prescribed an anti-vomiting medication and Kiki started eating and eventually recovered. I am as we talk challenging easypetcare for being the cause of my cat illness as if you look at the side effects of Praziquantel on line it is exactly what Kiki experienced: Vomiting, not eating, being disorientated and lethargic. Especially as these symptoms started a few hours after these drugs being administered it would have been a very odd coincidence that it had not been caused by the treatment given. The practice manager has wrote to me since I have complaint about easypetcare streatham and from her own letter it transpires that easypetcare gave Kiki some anti-worming tablet on the 16/06/2018 and then again on the 06/07/2018. If you look online it is clear that this treatment should be given at 3 months interval whereas easypetcare Streatham administer it a a 3 weeks interval. They insisted to see my cat in order to sell me some anti flee treatment Advocate, the only thing I wanted in the first place. Sadly I have realised their mistake of over prescribing the anti-worming treatment too late as i was trusting them for knowing what they were doing in the first place. Please avoid at all cost.

Absolutely disgusted with them. Our 11 month old German shepherd has been in pain since January. Xrays etc. Now had 3 diagnosis they don't know. Also scared to go near him (When he is muzzled) what VET is scared of a dog. We will be moving our dogs to a vet that know what they are doing.and can treat properly. Easipet used to be good but all different vets now. Never even checked his temperature this time and he keeps getting high temperature. Absolutely disgusted with their lack of compassion. Just want your money

Our less than 5 year old, super healthy, energetic, super happy, friendly, awesome Staffy, that everyone who met liked named Zeus, started shivering, inexplicably one Saturday night. We were concerned. I went to another vet in Streatham. Where the vet did a simple palpation exam, suggested a blood test, and then charged me an arm and a leg for it. I was not impressed, and the 'results' of said blood test came back with nothing significant. So I found this company. This is where it all went horribly wrong. After 6 visits, spanning 3 weeks, where Zeus received a total of 5 injections, 5 tablets, and a small bottle of some medicine. (Injections happened on first and last visit only). He went for xrays, blood testing and urine testing. He deteriorated and deteriorated. It got really worrying last Tue when he wasn't eating. The vet and I had discussed different scenarios and causes, and the suggestion was always the same, bland, unhelpful and non-specific, but expensive 'diagnostic tool', an ultrasound scan (at £600) which would probably show nothing. Why would it, it's an ultrasound? It was only on the last day of Zeus's life (unbeknownst to us how serious the situation actually was, and despite my many many conversations with these people and the head vet etc) that she actually suggested something helpful. An emergency review and investigation at the Veterinary Referral Centre. They would also start with a scan, then fluid tests, then whatever else was necessary to figure out what was ailing our previously super energetic and friendly doggie. Incidentally. He was by then, laying around the house, and crying or yelping indiscriminately throughout the day. On one occasion, he came and jumped up on me and had this look of total fear and panic on his face as if to say, "help me dad", I don't feel well. It was horrible. On his last visit, I finally managed to "convince" this vet to take our doggies' health, and my concerns seriously. Hence the suggestion. She gave him the same antibiotic and painkiller mix as before (day one), and a muscle relaxant. Motivated and feeling somewhat optimistic. I brought Zeus home, carried him inside, and put him on his bed. It was 11am. Went about setting up the emergency review through the company she suggested, sorting out the insurance and so on. Little did I know that would be the last time I saw our doggie alive. My wife came home, went for a shower, and when she returned, started screaming that he was cold, unresponsive, white gums, fixed stare, tongue hanging out etc. Heart was beating a mile a minute. (This was a doggie with a resting heart rate of around 40 bpm). I unfortunately had not noticed this, as he was laying in his bed, facing away from me. Something I will feel guilty about forever. She tried to pick him up and revive him. He made a horrible noise, gasped his last breath, and passed away, on our lounge floor. Even the 'aftercare' at this veterinary practice has been horrifying. The time it took us to get back his body. The cross wires of communication in terms of when and what we could do and why. The "sympathy", only saw any of that from the manager, who seemed genuine, if not slightly 'forced', as she probably knew she needed to say that. I don't know. The cost of an autopsy, which would potentially yield zero results!!! At £500. I want to know what killed our doggie. But. We needed to move on. So we finally got him back. Had him cremated. And have his ashes in a Staffie shaped urn that sits on our couch now. Every fibre of my being is screaming... "MEDICAL MALPRACTICE!!!" "INSENSITIVE VET!!!" "INSINCERE!!!" "MISDIAGNOSIS!!!" "TOO LITTLE TOO LATE!!!" But what's the point? Zeus is dead. He was barely helped at all. Certainly not healed. My pleading and begging fell on deaf ears. It was all bullsh*t. And Zeus is dead. After living with us, and me (I work from home fortunately) for 4 years 8.5 months, he's gone. We just have to deal with it. If you read this, please avoid this company at all costs. I wouldn't trust them with a pet rock at this point. Bereaved, shattered, stunned and sad parents of the most amazing doggie... L + K. I hope this review stays up. I hope many people read it. I hope this business suffers because of it. PS: I wish I could place zero stars.

I had my kitten microchipped with you in your Dartford store, only a couple of weeks ago, I let him out assuming he was microchipped as I had payed and unfortunatly my kitten went missing last week. When I was calling round the vets giving his microchip number incase he had been handed in his number wasn’t registered to no one!!! Luckily the lady that found my kitten, found me on Facebook as my posts went viral but if he had gone into a vets then I wouldn’t have got him back as there was no proof he was mine!! He died in a traumatic event and was stollen, toutured and thrown onto the A2 alive in gravesend :’( if you type in binx the kitten on google the story was all over the news and the fact his microchip wasn’t registered when I had it done in one of your stores!! Someone has now given me a rescue kitten who also needs his microchipping done and I can’t afford to do it no where else as more expensive as I done binx’s on the £45 plan but do I trust going with one of your stores again when it wasn’t even registered. It’s a traumatic event enough without finding out the microchip wasn’t even registered to me after the vets told me he could then go out!! I HAVE EMAILED HEAD OFFICE MANY TIMES REGARDING THIS AND HAVENT HAD NOTHING BACK AT ALL FROM THEM!!!! IF YOU LIKE I CAN TAKE THIS FURTHER AS ITS DISGUSTING TAKING OUR MONEY AND NOT EVEN DOIND THE JOB PROPERLY!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE IN CONTACT THANKYOU

We have used Easipetcare at Woodley for a few years now. We have found the staff friendly and approachable and the cost of veterinary treatment is lower than other nearby practices. They offer an appointment system at peak times as well as an off-peak "wait in the queue" service. Depending on how busy they are at "off-peak", the waiting time can be quite lengthy. (Like a human doctor's, please bear in mind that treating an emergency will take precedence over other pets.) Where Easipetcare excelled two years ago was when we had to make the horrible decision to have our elderly dog put to sleep. We were told to arrive and that we would be ushered straight into the surgery without having to sit in the waiting room. The staff were so kind and understanding and the awful deed was done with the minimum of discomfort for our poor old chap. Afterwards, they followed up with a lovely, thoughtful handwritten card and it was clear they understood perfectly how we felt. In fact, for our elderly dog, the lower cost of treatment helped enormously as he was diagnosed with a serious heart condition about three years before we said goodbye. The monthly cost of his drugs meant our on-going insurance claim was able to be kept going without breaking the limit!

An awful vet. It’s a different person every time you see them, they don’t check up on the history of the pet before seeing you, and our vet practice has had 6 different vets in less than a year! And the vet we saw today was old and grumpy as anything, didn’t want to be there if you ask me, and really rough handling of my poor pup. We would rather pay a bit more for a better service thanks!!!

I will never use this vet again after taking my dog there, I told them he had fallen downstairs and they didn’t even examine him they just said to buy supplements for his joints and that was it. After a second appointment at another vets I have been told that he has fractured his shoulder joint and has done damage to his spine also. Had I listened to the first vet my dog would be in serious pain and was told by second vet that he would’ve done a lot more damage to his spine.

Funds being a little tight, I went there in September to get my dogs and cats' annual vaccinations done, in plenty of time for my move abroad. I was told, "Oh, you can buy our Healthy Start package. For one price it covers everything". I checked on their website and, sure enough, it does: "Our amazing value packs include all of this: FULL VACCINATION COURSE (emphasis is mine) Flea and worm treatment Full health check Free microchip 10% off neutering Exclusive veterinary food vouchers 5 weeks FREE* pet insurance You won’t find a cheaper deal anywhere else! Visit your local practice to find out more about this" While we were there, the vet told me, “And when you need their Pet Passports, just come back and we will organise for you.” Bearing in mind the DEFRA website says pets can travel within 21 days of the Rabies vaccination, and that ours had been done in September, I knew we had plenty of time, and today I called ahead and then went back to organise the Pet Passports. EPC vet: “Oh, you have left it too late. It takes us at least 4 weeks to organise the passports because they have to be sent off for our official vet to approve and stamp.” Um, ok. So, if you’re not an “official” vet, what exactly are you? EPC: “Oh, and the Rabies vaccinations need to be done, too.” Me: “No, those should have been done in September as I asked, and per your Healthy Start pack. I specifically asked for ALL vaccinations. And the DEFRA website says vets can issue Pet Passports in 24 hours or, in some cases, on the spot if they have them at the clinic, as you do.” EPC: “Oh, we don’t do Rabies vaccinations unless you are travelling.” Me: “But I told the vet back in September that I would be moving abroad, which is why I needed ALL the vaccinations.” EPC: “Yes, we gave all the vaccinations.” Me: “But you didn’t. You’ve given everything – including vaccinations my pets didn’t even need – EXCEPT for Rabies.” EPC: “Oh, I’m sorry. But there is nothing we can do. This means your pets cannot travel.” Me: “I know what it means. My moving date is three weeks tomorrow. What are you going to do to fix this, since you have put me in this position?” EPC: “I’m sorry, I don’t know. Oh! But, if you go home, bring all the animals back and get them vaccinated today, we can issue the passports! That would work, no?” Me: “You want me to drive all the way back home, put six animals in my car, drive all the way back (using my own petrol) and then pay for the rabies vaccination you should have given in the first place PLUS the cost of the Pet Passports?” EPC: “Yes! Then you can travel, no?” Me: “Ok - and just assuming I cancel all my afternoon clients to do this - what is the cost going to be and who is going to pay for it?” EPC: “It will be £35 for the vaccination and £60 for the passport.” Me: “Per animal?” EPC: “Yes.” Me: “So, let me see: I use EPC’S services because I’m not in the strongest financial position in the first place right now, and now you’re telling me to fetch all the animals whose vaccinations you didn’t give, bring them here and, on top of that, find £570 for the privilege of doing so?” EPC vet, without a trace of irony: “Yes.” Me: “Seems like kind of a false economy to me – me paying for your mistake”. EPC: “So sorry. See you again soon!” Me: “No, you won’t.” Cue me leaving the premises. I’ve always followed the premise, “buy cheap, buy twice”. I *always* read the small print. And when literature says “ALL vaccinations”, is it really too much to expect for that to actually *be* ALL vaccinations? Please, folks, don’t waste your precious money going cheap. Either the product will be sub-standard, or it will be a con. If you are even *thinking* of using one of easipetcare's clinics, for goodness' sake make sure you clarify with them exactly what you are getting and then check exactly what they have done, on the spot - before you leave. Especially if it concerns them giving your pets vaccinations they don't even require, while not giving them vaccinations they probably do.
