Hayley knows her stuff, and was prepared to offer the perfect balance of advice and guidance, whilst giving us the freedom to weigh up options. She really understood our needs - she 'got' us. It's worth saying that we weren't spending huge sums of money, but we got gold standard service. Outstanding. Thank you, Hayley.

Extremely helpful at the start of the process of planning our bathroom, to the delivery and even now the aftercare, ensuring everything going to plan and there nothing missing. If anything my only concern is that he made this process too easy and my partner would wanna redesign the bathroom every year. It has been a pleasure Thank you Jack very nice young man

Jan 29,2025Can I just say how great the staff are at your Orpington shop , it’s nice to be able to walk straight in get the advice and items that I need straight away , there was a member of staff that stood out “Tanya” Hope I’ve spelt correctly, straight talking no rubbish, gets the job done … I love to buy her a drink for how good the deals are … she deserves a payrise for just her knowledge alone or at least a Breaky from the boss 🙌

Jan 29,2025I have done 3 bathrooms from easy bathrooms a year ago - it all looks fantastic and quality is very good, customer service was great during installation. I had issue with toilet seat and was out of warranty. Chelmsford Easy bathroom team went beyond my expectation and got it arranged without any fees. I already recommended few of my friends to go with easy bathroom - they have style. Great work easy bathroom Chelmsford team.
