Nov 28,2024Staff in the Cardiff store were amazing from day one! We mainly dealt with David and Tom but others were friendly too. Went in LOTS of time and after creating the order I changed my mind lots of times but this was never a problem. Always very helpful and friendly. The man (James) who delivered was friendly and very helpful. He couldn’t have done more to help.

Nov 28,2024We had been to quite a few bathroom showrooms before Easy Bathrooms but none seemed to tick all the boxes for us. Easy Bathrooms did, the prices suited our budget and the quality of products was good for the prices which where on display alongside the product , so you could decide if anything was too expensive without having to ask. Front of house staff where very good with a good knowledge of the products and also with a design skill to help. Delivery of what we ordered was spot on and all was well boxed. Bathroom looks great ( though i cannot get too excited about a bathroom ) but my wife did Would recommend Easy Bathrooms in Aintree as that was where we went , but i am sure other of their showrooms are just as good

Nov 28,2024The whole experience has been really easy. We went into the store to have a look around and get ideas for planning our bathroom. I emailed photos of our existing bathroom and what new products we would like over to Dan who was able to put together a plan of our new bathroom ahead of a virtual appointment. We were able to do this outwith office hours and it was really helpful to see what it would all look like and show our tradesman to make sure it was all possible to put in place. We then had an in person appointment to finalise everything. Having the virtual appointment made the in person appointment much quicker. All the staff have been very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell and what would and wouldn't work for our particular project. Everything is also reasonably priced and it was easy to arrange finance. Looking forward to seeing it all finished!

Nov 27,2024A completely new bathroom was finished yesterday and I am more than pleased with the result.Everyone who I came in contact with at easy bathrooms were polite and professional with their advice.The new bathroom was delivered the day before installation and the installation team were very friendly, highly professional, very tidy and completed the installation in seven days which also included working the weekend. A very positive experience and I will thoroughly recommend easy bathrooms.

Nov 27,2024Our Donello/Davos bath looks very smart. In my brief experience of using it there are two things that are not ideal: - It’s all too easy to nudge the click clack waste while you are in the bath and before you know it, half the water has escaped. - Our shower head is at the opposite end to the end with the waste. The sloping side at this end therefore makes it difficult to get close enough to the spray from the shower. These aren’t faults with the bath, as such, but limitations we hadn’t anticipated before everything was finished. 🙁
