Delivery was on time and products well protected, We were also greatful to be able to store our products with Easy Bathrooms until our fitter was available. Main product prices were competative, however add on items e.g tile edgeing strips were excessively priced.

Dec 24,2024Avoid! I purchased tiles from Glasgow store. They delivered the wrong tiles. I spent 3 hours in the store trying to resolve with their warehouse in Leeds. They assured me the right tiles would be on the next delivery. On the morning of my delivery I received a call saying my tiles were not in transit as they did not enough tiles to fulfill my order. I am still waiting on a refund of over £1,000. I have called customer service numerous times & they do not answer. Horrific position to be in!!!! They should be ashamed at themselves!!!!
