Jul 21,2014Preise sind in Ordnung, bei Sonderaktionen und Sales fast unschlagbar. Lieferung erfolgte bisher immer spätestens 3 Tage nach Bestellung (wohnhaft in D), was auch völlig in Ordnung ist. Auch bei Reklamationen/Rücksendungen oder fehlenden Artikeln überhaupt keine Probleme. Auf Fragen innerhalb 24 Stunden eine kompetente Antwort erhalten - sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. In general I'm very positive about ebnferro, but it just so happens that all my electronic smoking devices suddenly started leaking about an hour ago, and I have nothing to inhale at the moment, as it's not allowed to smoke here, and I like to stick to that rule. I'm sort of looking after the cats here while my brother is on vacation. I thought I took enough clearomizers with me. There's a whole new pack of clearomizers lying around at home, 200 kilometres from here. About the leaking clearomizers; two of them were used and kind of frayed. Two others were new from the package, but started leaking right after I filled them. I don't think it could have been from the transport. I came here by train. The clearomizers I took with me were well-packed. Nothing happened to my luggage along the way. It's a mystery to me. And now I'll go to the balcony to smoke some more smoke! :P

Jul 14,2014De afhandeling van batterijen die stuk zijn vinnd ik heel slecht. Zijn binnen een half jaar al stuk, vallen dus onder de garatie. Verder heel veel onderdelen kun je gewoon niet bestellen. zijn uit het assortiment, of niet meer op vorraad. Zit te overwegen om een andere firma te zoeken. verder als je aan klikt hou mij op de hoogte krijg je nooit een mail terug. Groet
