It was amazing how helpful the staff were, from customer service to front desk of warehouse, to shipping truck driver!! They are a great team here!!

Mar 09,2014I ordered bottles for our wedding invitations for our Luau themed celebration. They will be filled with some shells, miniature plastic palm trees, little paper parasols and our invite rolled up. I intend to soak the corks in some nice smelling scent like coconut, make our own labels for the bottles and mail them as is with the cork taped down for extra precaution. The bottles are even better than I expected. They are a good quality plastic and VERY clear. The corks fit perfectly. They also arrived very quickly. I'm very satisfied with this order from eBottles. Mar 08,2014Your customer service reps Gladys and Sandra were both amazing………..they had real “can do” positive attitudes to help me out in a pinch and get a case of jars overnighted, even though it was after the 1:00 cut-off. This required follow-up with the warehouse, who also bent over backwards to get my shipment out.
