Feb 11,2014This was an unexpected pleasure doing business online. Customer service was readily available, knowledgeable, invested in the transaction. Shipping was immediate and bottles were perfectly packaged. This is what doing business should always feel like -- like the merchant is on my side.

Feb 11,2014I decided to add to my order after placing it online one evening. I called the next morning and they revised the order and saved me about $30 on shipping by combining the two. My order arrived quickly, very happy with the product and will definitely use them again.

Feb 08,2014I was looking for corked apothecary bottles to send a "liquid gift" to clients and prospects. Ebottles was my only source for these 8 oz bottles. The website was easy to navigate and use for ordering, I received order acknowledgement and shipment emails (with the shipper's tracking number). Everyone would always like to pay less, and me too, but I thought the bottle were appropriately priced and fit my budget. If I could have one different thing, I wish this particular bottle was also available in a 12 oz size. And, I try to "Buy American", and I'm unsure the source of the bottles. I received my second order of bottles just yesterday, and as with the first shipment, they were securely packaged and there was zero breakage.

Feb 04,2014My husband and I own a restaurant in Joplin Mo. We have been ordering our bottles from e-bottles for over 8 years. The product and quality is great. They give you several quantity options and their products look very professional. The only negative side for us, would be the shipping cost. It is to high. I would like to see it reduced. Or offer a small discounts or coupons from time to time, for being loyal customers. We are a small business and it would just be more cost effective for us.
