DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IF YOU HAVE ISSUES IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO SOLVE WITH THEM. This is a story of two parts. The horrible delivery. The horrible aftermath. Please read both and never deal with this company. We ordered a stride 5-s directly from this company 3 months back. We ordered it openbox. Echelon spent a month constantly delaying and lying about the reasons why they couldn't deliver this, going to such reasons as they were backordered. How can you be backordered on openbox items? Do you wait for people to return them? Why do you let people buy stuff if you don't have stock? 2/5 experience. The 2nd part is even more incredible. Two guys came to our place 2 months back to deliver the item. They said that they can't deliver it upstairs and needed a third person to do so. I signed on partial delivery with promises that they would come back latest next week to finish the service. It has now been 1.5 months. I've called both the delivery company and echelon 10+ times each. Each time they lie out of their minds around "escalating my priority" "promising they would call in 2 days max". This is a lie don't believe anything they say. They don't call and won't call ever until you call them. With many hours spent on the phone with a 350 pound box sitting in my garage. They finally said they would send someone over on Monday. They changed it again last day to Wednesday. Today a guy came by from taskrabbit as confused as we were about what he is supposed to do as a single person. How can a company be so poorly managed. This is the absolute worst experience I've had in my life. I've been waiting for three months 1.5 of which has just been waiting and getting ghosted by a company. They have pushed far beyond the return window as well (which I'm starting this assume is on purpose). I've been paying for a 40 dollar app for 2 months with 0 benefit. I demand to be refunded the 200 dollars I paid additional for setup. The 80 dollars I've spent so far on the app.

This is a SCAM company. Never buy their products. they will do anything to unknowingly charge you. I got billed for something, never got any receipt, any notification, any option to cancel. When i noticed the amount posted to my credit card, I immediately asked for it to be cancelled and to get a refund and they refused. Can you believe it?!?!!?!?

Purchased as a pelaton alternative. Faulty bike, which has been returned. Now they are refusing to refund the delivery and installation!! Disgusting. Don’t buy they have no customer service Absolutely disgusting company. Please save your money and don’t give this company anything.

I strongly advise against purchasing this product. I recently acquired a treadmill that came with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Unfortunately, the machine I received was broken, and I encountered significant difficulties when seeking technical support. They did not return messages for 3 weeks, so I decided to return the product. When I finally decided to return the treadmill, I faced another issue. There were no records of my previous request to return the product on my account. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience with others. In my opinion, this company's actions are highly questionable, and I would advise against making any purchases from them."

Very easy to sign up, very difficult to cancel. I tried online many times and the link is simply broken. They make you either call or chat with them if you want to cancel. You better pay attention if you think that doing it online will do the trick and as you may end up paying for the auto-renewal you tried to cancel altogether. Deceptive practices.

Have used this bike for years w no issues. My subscription recently auto renewed, but not on their end, even though I showed proof of my payment. Over 2 weeks and still my subscription isn’t back on. A simple flip of the switch to make me a valid customer again and they still can’t do it. Ridiculous customer service and they clearly need a new software that appropriately updates a customer’s status when the pay for a yearly subscription. They just keep saying “you’re in que”. How many subscriptions did they mess up??

Don't buy. Only bought as cheap peloton alternative. Used to be able to use bike in freestyle, but recent update to app makes this significantly harde App now minimises your metrics while forcing adverts down your throat. Junk

Wish I could rate a 0. It’s been 3 weeks since I submitted a warranty claim because my bike wouldn’t turn on and started smoking. Not only did they ask me to plug it back in to get a video of the smoke (hello, fire??) but they haven’t responded to the claim. I’ve called four times and emailed back almost a dozen to no avail. Filing a claim with the BBB to see if they’ll be helpful.

Stay away from that company if you are not going to renew the membership: The bike (bought at Costco) had a number of issues with the tablet constantly rebooting but that's nothing, after we did not renew the membership, the issues started getting worse, having to reboot the bike regularly, the timer freezing and when ththe tablet stops working, the resistance stops working. Stay away from that company

My Echelon Stride Treadmill review - Zero stars. Echelon's business practices are utterly dreadful. Their lack of transparency, poor communication, and subpar service create a nightmarish customer experience. From unclear shipping information to damaged products and incorrect replacements, the entire process is riddled with frustration and disappointment. Echelon Fit's inability to address customer concerns and delays only adds to the negative impression of their operations. In short, stay far away from this company if you value a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience.

This might be one of the worst products (the app) I’ve ever used. I don’t think I made it through one spin class without it resetting or stalling out. When my free trial was up I saw that I was immediately charged for a month. When I went to cancel and ask for reimbursement, they said sorry, nothing they could do. I would strongly suggest to anyone; STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY’S PRODUCTS.

DO NOT BUY. Echelon's customer service is horrible. It took over 4 months to get in touch with someone who could help me with my broken bike. Even when I did get in touch with someone who could "help," I had to spend 200$ on an extended warranty just for them to send me a cheaper bike as a replacement. Do yourself a favour and do not buy from this brand ever.

Horrible experience, do not even consider buying any product from this company. The customer support is the worst I have ever experienced. They get your money and don’t give you a product. When you call about it they read from a script the same line over and over again about how the issue will get escalated in 2-3 business days, which never happens. This company should be shut down for stealing and lying.

Dont waster your money. If you are serious about a bike spend the extra and get a peloton. Class times do not accommodate a normal schedule. Bike loses connection mid work out. The customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced with any business. I spent MANY frustrating hours multiples times on the phone week after week waiting for my refund but you can never speak to anyone that can do anything. Your case will get "escalated" to another department. Months later received my refund after having to put a claim in with VISA. Now Echelon sends me emails and the unsubscribe link is broken. Its just a matter of time before this company goes under. And I cant wait to see it.

I purchased an echelon bike last yr, i have health and heart problems, in less than a yr i have lost over 5st i am now a 32 waist feel healthier look healthier best thing i ever did, is worth to monthly payment for all the classes never get bored at all so many to choose my favourite is hills uk brilliant instructor's also hills usa brilliant. Thanks Paul.

If I could rate zero I would. Do NOT do business with this company. HORRID customer service. I purchased a bike 3 months ago and haven’t ridden it once because it doesn’t work. They will not provide service except to send parts- except on 3 occasions they sent incorrect parts. Then they offered a replacement but sent an inferior model and provided no compensation. Still no resolution.

Horrible Customer Service. After 2 years of using and loving their service they just shut-off my access without warning. When I finally got help from their customer service (2weeks later) their only answer was that I needed to pay more $$. To the tune of an additional $20 per month. No other recourse and no sorry for not notifying you. These types of reviews I assume are pouring in since this company clearly has issues. Stay away from purchasing.

DO NOT BUY Echelon Bikes. They did a bait and switch on me. They sold me a monthly Membership for $14.99 a month then after a year put it up to $44.95 plus Tax a month. Echelon more than tripled the monthly membership cost. Buyer beware
