Contacted in November 2022. Arranged survey early December 2022. Was advised that an installation team would be in touch to arrange an installation date for early January as they were booked up until Christmas although I had a broken boiler and was at home recovering from a heart operation with no heating. I have sent numerous emails asking for contact details of who would be installing and for an update or for them to ask installation team to contact me as I haven't heard anything from anyone. My emails are not even being answered and they do not answer calls. It just goes to answerphone and when you leave a message for a call back they do not even do that. I'm disappointed that they have wasted my time over the past couple of months and the surveyors time as they can not fulfill what they say they can... I think this is some sort of scam to get all of your personal details.

Absloutely horrendous, unproffesional and can not be trusted. I wish I had taken on board the reviews as I would have saved myself alot of stress and hassle. It was all going well until we got the stage of trying to get a installation date. Then it was months of being told one thing then being told the total opposite by the manager James. We were promised a great deal, with what measures they were going to install hence why we waited so long. I was told by the manager James an installation date would be offered within the two weeks to then be waiting months later for an answer. I told them I have a newborn and need to get the heating sorted as a matter of urgency. The correspondence with the manager James from their on was one of being told one thing then another, many reassurances and promises not transpiring to anything. They then starting avoiding my calls and correspondences. At the end I was told another survey would need to be done. On the day we waited and no one turned up. After calling all morning with no answer, James eventually called me back to say no one will be turning up as they can not do the job for us. I could not believe what I was being told. After months of wasting my time, fobbing me off I was told it could not help because of our property banding. Also because I was so insistent that he was forced to elongate the process. That he did all he could. What a change in tone. I can not believe that a company is able to operate in such a way. Having a newborn with no heating has been horrendous.
Was a great service from start to finish, I dealt with Michaela who kept me updated throughout the whole process, bit of slow start due to the new Eco4 regulations. However I have brand new heating controls for my boiler and new insulation ready for the winter. Thank you guys
I was promised heaters, wall and loft insulation under the government scheme and managed by Ecological Solutions. Walls and loft were insulated but the company said funding was pulled for the heating. Judging by reviews, other clients received their heaters after me and latest information on the government website states the heating grant continues as Eco4 from July. The wall and loft insulation which were done in March were supposed to include the fitting of an extractor fan in the house in order to meet legal obligations with Ofgem. This lack of ventilation resulted in mould on my ceiling within a month. The extractor was finally fitted 3 months later but no heating and apparently I am not eligible for Eco4. Ecological Solutions knew the time frame of the work involved and did not deliver what they promised.
Absolutely terrible experience with Ecologic Solutions. At first I thought they were a brilliant company and the chap who did the survey for several hours was thorough but nice and made all the right noises. The guys who came and fitted the loft insulation were great too. But the main purpose of getting Ecologic involved was to replace the old electric storage heaters and both of my contacts at the company, Becky Milbourne who is an admin and James Pearson who is the managing director have completely ignored five emails over six months asking what was happening with the storage heaters. Just completely ignored me and refused to acknowledge anything I’m saying or even reply to a single email. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but honestly this company have been such a let down after making all the promises they got the contract for the house and then just ignored me about doing the work that was needed and now I don’t know where I stand with getting another company involved. Find someone else and avoid these cowboys would be my recommendation. If even the MD won’t reply to customers it says a lot about the whole culture of the company.
Great company from start to finish. Nothing was to much trouble, from the girls in the office to the lad's how fitted the heaters. Just two short surveys and they were in within a few weeks. Absolutely brilliant company. I would have no issue using them again.
After the initial problem of trying to get the relevant manuals for my panel heaters all is well. This is all down to a wonderful girl called Alice who doggedly tracked down the said manuals and emailed them to me without delay. What an asset to the company she is, she handled everything efficiently, quickly and so politely and pleasantly. If I was running any sort of a company she is exactly the type of person I would want working for me, hang on to her Ecologic Solutions, she's brilliant.
Brilliant service from start to finish. I had my new storage heaters fitted in less than a month from making the initial contact. James, Michaela and workmen team were brilliant keeping me updated with each stage of the process. I couldn’t be happier, great company!

I qualified last October however after constantly emailing and telephone calls I've been completely ignored
I searched for a UK company who could help us warm up our home and reduce the bill ... this company did both with professional service and diligence
Extremely pleased with this company. They kept me informed every step of the way. I was told what time people would be coming and they always kept to the time. The workmen were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. They explained to me how to use the new heaters. I can not praise this company highly enough.
The workmen were very polite and tidied up after themselves ,explained in detail how everything works .had phone calls when they were coming and even when they had finished to see if everything was good and satisfactory yeah well pleased .thanks 👏👏
Waited over 6 months for instillation mainly due to COVID and the shortage of materials which subsequently ensued. But realistically you cant really complain for a service that is free! Especially with the kind and the kind guy named James who always gave me updates on whattsapp. The end product was lovely but was promised we would get a heated towel rail or extra payment. We were told would come back and do this, but will wait and see... Perhaps in the next 6 months :))

Excellent. I had my doubts about this grant, especially as you do not usually get anything for free but after reading several good reviews and speaking with Michaela, I decided to go ahead. The surveyors and the installers were all very polite and kept me updated with what they were doing next. I have been in contact with Michaela throughout who has reassured me of what was happening next. A job well done and all free. Very Happy Thank you.

Feb 26,2025Been trying to get in touch with this company. They fit our heaters in 2021 although changed company from me getting a grant. First year l was in touch with the man who fitted them. The electricians should have been called bodge it and scarper. They didn’t know how to work them properly. Every winter we’ve had problems with these heaters and it is only because l was in touch with Elnur that l found out this company fit them. Sending email but it’s a failure all the time. Wish someone would get in touch with me about the treatment. Wanted to charge us £1000 for a PCB board. Disgusting on a government grant.
