I am now a month in to my e-commerce journey with ecom capital and i couldn't be more relived and greatful i took the plunge. I first had my call with Adnan who gave me geniune and honest guidance about the best direction for me and my personal situation. Everyone I subsequently spoke and dealt with during my journey with ecom from then on out have been so helpful, insightful and just great. I'm learning more than I could have ever imagined and the training is all presented in a way that I understand and can take in. I would recommend coming on board with ecom capital to my friends, family and anyone who is looking to change their life for the better.

May 11,2021Was supposed to get a contract in a couple of days, but didn't. Next, I was contacted by yet another person who tried to sign me up for the same thing I'd already purchased. Told him who is my sales guy. Next thing I know the second sales guy is telling ME to contact technical support! I asked for my money back but haven't gotten it. Even the CEO said he would return my money if I set up a time for him to call. I did, and he didn't call. This company is crap. Despite their reply below they chose to NOT call at the allotted time and didn't notify me. Just to waste more of my time. Update This company offered to refund HALF my money if I removed this post! This only ANGERS ME MORE. NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO BULLY ME CLAIMING TERMS OF SERVICE FOR THIS SITE. I'VE REMOVED PEOPLE'S NAMES BUT KEPT THEIR POSITIONS AS BEST AS I COULD. I think I'll now look at other sites in Europe to post this review! Update 2 5/7/22 They claimed they would refund my money yet again but didn't. 8/20/2023 Still no refund! 9/12/2023 again claiming a refund, but demanding a removal of "defamatory statements" first. so I have. Update 2 5/7/22 They claimed they would refund my money yet again but didn't. 8/20/2023 Still no refund. Finally received 50% of the original amount owed to me after nearly 3 yrs. Never experienced a company of people so arrogant before. Truly wish I never did business with this company and because of this experience, I look poorly at all Australians.

The following day when I spoke to Han he answered all my questions and I felt confident in going ahead with my new venture. Looking forward to hitting the ground running.
