My journey so far has been nothing short of amazing. I had my eCommerce strategy blueprint call 2 weeks ago with Jake Bell one of the expert consultants at Ecom Capital. I pride myself on being a risk-taker and an ambitious individual, although I was lacking confidence, self-doubt, and also taking the next step with wanting to join this program. like most, I was hesitant to start a business because of the risk involved, but after speaking to Jake he made me feel very confident in myself, and also realize if i want my life to change i need to step out of my comfort zone. I went with the growth package so i could progress by having all the tools and support to get me to my destination the fastest.

Since signing up with Ecom capital we have had nothing but a great experience, support team always reply within 24 hrs or less. Our onboarding call and store delivery where both with Brooke Roman who we can not speak highly enough about, very punctual, easy to talk too, super helpful with reminder emails as well as follow up emails, so all in all our experience with Ecomm Capital has been a 10/10 and look forward to starting our couching calls and getting stuck into our pre launch.

It's something I have always wanted for years and Ecom Capital is the right company to do this with. I just want to say how awesome Shannon is. She responds swiftly (almost immediately) to requests for help and gives clear instructions to solve the issue. I am totally new to eCom and find it very confusing and frustrating. It's good to know there is someone there to help and guide me through the maze.

Giving them a one star will not truly state how bad Ecom Capital/ Ladd Agency is. The site they produced was never completed. They gave me a site an incomplete site 2 months late full of errors, wrong products, typos, wrong contact info. Site was a mess. I have been calling for 6 months to get a refund and they refuse. Do not use Ecom Capital or the Ladd Agency. There is an email group with over 100 email addresses of people with similar complaints. If there are positive reviews on this site don't trust them too many people in the email group had similar complaints as mine and no way do they have a 4.6 rating. Never know if the did the reviews themselves. Just a horrible experience. By the way I got this site to post the review from someone else who is in the email group that also had a bad experience. I don't want you to have the same bad experience.

I own an ecommerce store built by Ecom Capital and it was completed within an acceptable timeframe. I have a background in ecommerce but still I find their training and daily coaching calls to be excellent and I have learnt a lot especially related to marketing my store. I requested some revisions on my store and they got that done for me. The coaching calls happen daily and those who logon can get hands-on training and direct advice and guidance about running your store. I mostly watch the replays when I cannot attend the live calls due to my schedule. They know what they are talking about when it comes to marketing and advertising. Ecom Capital does provide the means and instructions but It still takes a lot of effort and hardwork on your part to make your store a success. Those who do not realize this complain and assume that the store they got built will already be making 5 digit income.

Would give negative stars if possible, they will promise you success and do nothing, I paid 15k for a program which they built a store which was over two months late and any promises they make to help and assist will never happen and to even get a response back from anyone you have to mention legal action or a refund before they send an invite for a call and then they make even more false promises. On top of all their issues everyone's email address with this company was leaked and I have been getting scam emails from strangers so there is no security with this 'company' either as I have unfortunately found out due to this security breach. Do not trust these people you will have better luck using that money on cheap lottery tickets.

They are many ecommerce mentoring out there, I've been with so many of them, but none of them are like Ecom Capital. They are client focused, get things done and get support anytime. This company has grown significantly. No doubt.
