When there were times that I didn’t quite grasp a concept that she was presenting to me she took the time to explain it in a variety of different ways in order to help me understand. As a first time business owner, the process can be quite intimidating. Lori helped me to relax through the process and I found her demeanor to be soothing. The store presentation and set up call went smooth due to the training being spot on and Lori’s attention to detail. I will miss working with her and will for sure think back on this time fondly because of her. I feel like I am jumping head first into the unknown a lot of the time doing this, but because of people at ecom like Lori, my stress is a bit lower. Nov 23,2021Today Lori and I covered the initial set up of my shopify account. Lori is very knowledgeable of the set up and cognizant of her time. We moved pretty fast and I had some un-resloved issues with my set up that Lori was able to resolve.... this looks promising.
