Feb 05,2025Ordered 100m or reject untreated shiplap, the process was simple and the price was great. Got an email to say that they had run out of the untreated shiplap and if I was happy for it to be replaced with treated it no addition charge (treated is more expensive). They could have easily cancel my order, but clearly they actually care about the customer. All turned up in three days (not really sure how) and the delivery driver was delightful. The product itself.... Out of 100m, I have been unable to use are 20 cm. Impressive considering it is a reject product.
