Mar 06,2024The Good: Price; Installers arrived within designated window, and removed old appliances and got the new ones in quickly. The bad: Installers did not have tools to unhook water line. Unable to install microwave. Stove has dents. Have not been reached out to as promised.

Usually a verification email is sent within seconds but it took a few days and I had actually ordered 4 times since I thought there was a problem. Was a surprise to get the email and was glad that not all four orders went through.

Mar 06,2024I added an item to my cart. I went to go check out and used PayPal. To do my payment option, it used the address on my PayPal account as my shipping. It never asmed for my address. That is not the address that I needed the item to be shipped to. And no one at electronic Express cared or tried to fix my problem before it shipped. And once it shipped, I was told there's nothing they can do. It's out of their hands best to luck. So my package was delivered 6 hours from where I currently live. So I had to reorder the product from a different website. And lost the $80 part that I ordered.
