I wasn't sure if it would indeed arrive in time so I left a message that was promptly answered the next morning; it would be the last day to place an order to expect a delivery before Christmas. WHILE SPEAKING A SURVEY APPEARED SHOWING THAT I ORDERED THE PS5 BUNDLE DISC UNIT. ASKED IF I COULD EXCHANGE UNOPENED UNIT TO THE LOCAL STORE. SAID NO! THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING AGAIN.

Dec 28,2023Ordered a rather expensive piece of equipment that was labeled as in stock and ready to ship, and got order confirmation, all was good. It took 10 days of hearing nothing for me to break down and email customer service to see if my order had shipped, but evidently there was a discrepancy in the shipping address and rather than notifying me so I could fix the issue, my order was cancelled with zero information given to me. That would have been really nice to know.

Dec 28,2023Never got the package. When we called we got zero help. We ideally will be refunded for this item as it NEVER arrived and we had to end up purchasing a ps5 from a normal/local vendor. Would not do business with this company again.
