microwave arrived in complete pieces and shambles. disappointing. but then, what? no offer to pick up , replace, nothing. just give me a label and make me call for help to pick it up to take it to the UPS store to ship back. first and last experience with electronic express.

I saw some good and bad reviews. I ordered a $3000 sony TV that was too nice to pass up. It was delivered perfectly 1 week later. They called me to arrange shipping and were pleasant on the phone. I would definitely use them again.

We've gone to Electronics Express in Clarksville several times now and literally every single time we are greeted immediately and the person we're directed to is knowledgeable and competent. It's always a low-pressure sales experience which is a huge plus. Highly recommended to all!

My home delivery experience was awful. The delivery truck arrived on time however the latch for the delivery truck was jammed and they could not get it open so they had to take the truck back to the warehouse for maintenance which was two hours away. I fell that this is poor customer service because why would you not have the driver's go to a local repair shop to fix the issue so that they could still make the deliveries the same day. Then getting my delivery rescheduled was an ordeal. You would think there would be a sense of urgency to get the delivery rescheduled since I was inconvenienced. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth and will make me think twice about purchasing anything again that requires delivery.
