The lady I dealt with, Breanne, is a well organised and very helpful representative who stayed on top of everything sorting a replacement trip last year when COVID came into play and the rearranging the trip for this year.

We have used Elegant golf for many of our golf trips and have always had excellent service. We had our wedding in Marbella and majority of our guests were golfers. Breanne was brilliant helping to organise our guests stays and our golf day at La Quinta. We can’t thank her enough for all her efforts and professionalism with what really must of been a huge headache at times! We have continued to deal with Breanne for all of our trips since. She is fantastic and an absolute asset to EGR.

I feel richard working remotely has done a good job for us but then the confirmations we received were not correct and still havent received the corrected copies -challenges of covid and remote working I know but actually dont feel these should impact on the quality of service you provide You did ask

Chris was very helpful when we were trying to book for Mexico for Christmas - as its very hit and miss at the moment with Covid 19. Lots 9f emails backwards and forwards- nothing seemed a problem or too much trouble

We had great service from Elegant Golf. When we originally booked our holiday way back last year before Covid 19 was even heard of, Chris made sure that all details had been dealt with perfectly. Then our holiday had to be cancelled and he was very helpful in rearranging our holiday booking for next year. Again everything went very smoothly. All we hope for now is that covid 19 vanishes and that we will be able to have our holiday.
