Aug 27,2020Our party of 4 had recently had to cancel a golfing break to Spain, also with Elegant, due to the coronavirus disruption. When Portugal was moved to the UK’s ‘green list’ we contacted Elegant and they supplied 3 quotes on the same day. We chose our hotel and courses, and everything was booked and confirmed within 24 hours. Very smooth and efficient.

Some of my group were disappointed that we had to pay extra to defer our holiday but I thought the end result was fair. We are all hoping that the world will be a safer place when we get to go on holiday.

I have been using Elegant since 2014 and have always found them to go that extra mile to make sure the holiday is exactly what we wanted. Cannot speak highly enough of this company and their staff.

I spoke with quite a few travel operators and found that not only did I get the best deal with Elegant but i got the right recommendation for what I was looking for and felt that all my needs were catered for. Everything from our phone conversations to the way she presented the information on email was head and shoulders above the rest. Simple, yet detailed at the same time .
