Specializing, for the most part, in the luxury/ultra-luxury cruise (and hotel) sector, my knowledge is vast and I have a black book jam packed with all the connections in the right places, that we'll ever need, amassed over these decades. My reputation amongst clients (many of whom have been loyal for decades), and suppliers alike is excellent.

We have been on many cruises thanks to Francesca’s excellent assistance and have two more in the diary already. In particular Francesca has an in-depth knowledge of the multiplicity of deals within the cruise industry and has saved us money many times, finding discounts and benefits buried in the small-print of Silversea’s and Seabourn’s terms and conditions. As a result Francesca is our go-to travel agent for all cruises.

Nov 13,2022I’ve have been working with Francesca for the last 10 years since I joined Silversea. Over the years we have developed an excellent working relationship as well as a lovely friendship. She is a strong minded lady who’s not afraid to speak her mind and can be truly pain sometimes. However I have to say, I have not met many travel agents like her. She fights for her clients and makes sure she phones/emails us as many times as necessary to get the best deal and best service for her clients. She knows our product often better than I do and has an overall impressive knowledge of the industry and is a quick thinker. I have met some of Francesca's clients onboard Silversea ships and at events, and all I’ve heard is how good and caring agent she is … and an excellent Gin connoisseur if I may add :-) I would trust her with my money and my booking at any time, highly recommended.

When, subsequently Francesca started her own company we, of course, followed her. In all that time, over many and varied bookings, she has never failed to provide us with a totally personal service, detailed, timely, accurate, proactive, available: superb beyond belief. For a Travel Agent to book a World Cruise for a client is not easy. The complications are numerous and often difficult to resolve; Francesca is a total professional in this difficult area of cruising as she has proved to me three times! Keep going Francesca! The Travel scene would be a poorer place without you.
