Apr 30,2019Très bon hôtel, super rapport qualité/prix. Seul bémol, il y a 2 hôtels premier Inn, un juste en face de l'aéroport, et l'autre à "5min à pieds" quand on a pas d'enfant.

Apr 29,2019Booked with this company to stay at Hilton hotel canary wharf when I got there there was no reservation booked I was on my own couldn't get through to this company have sent numerous emails and the Hilton hotel canary wharf also sent them email no reply I think they are scammers will never use the site again and am now contacting my bank fraud department to claim money back shocking otel Reservations this message is now on there site We are sorry to inform you that we have shut down our operations and no longer sell hotel rooms or other travel related services. If you have an active booking with us, it remains valid. Should you need to change or cancel your reservation you are kindly requested to log in to your account on Elvoline.com.

Apr 28,2019Op maandag 14 april geboekt en betaald voor B&B hotel bij Disneyland Parijs (2 volwassen en 2 kinderen) voor maandag 22-4 t/m vrijdag 26-4. Op zaterdag de 20e om 17:57 ontvangen we een e-mail dat het hotel is volgeboekt. We krijgen een (too good to be true) alternatief aangeboden, waarop we snel moeten reageren omdat de kamer niet is vastgelegd. We sturen binnen 1.5 uur een reactie dat we hiermee akkoord gaan en vragen om bevestiging. Helaas krijgen we geen enkel contact meer met Elvoline, nog telefonisch, nog via e-mail. Pas zondagmiddag ontvangen we een e-mail dat Elvoline ons verzoek heeft doorgestuurd naar het alternatieve hotel, maar ontvangen weer geen bevestiging van de booking. We hebben vervolgens om 17:00 (de dag voor vertrek) zelf maar navraag gedaan bij het alternatieve hotel. Hier was helemaal niets ontvangen van Elvoline, wat we later nog netjes bevestigd krijgen via de mail. 's Avonds laat zijn we dan ook genoodzaakt om elders een hotel te boeken, uiteraard nu veel verder verwijderd van Disneyland. We hebben hierdoor dagelijks extra kosten moeten maken (brandstof en tol) en konden geen gebruik maken van de shuttle-dienst. Het geld hebben we inmiddels wel retour, maar boeken via Elvoline: nooit weer!!!

Apr 28,2019Leider wurde in der Hotelbeschreibung nicht erwähnt, dass Kinder im Elternbett übernachten müssen. Deshalb mussten wir Beistellbetten noch reservieren.

Apr 28,2019It was very bad experience. I made a reservation at The Lodon Hotel NYC, however, when we arrive this hotel was in reparation. They trasfered us to another hotel. Anybody informed us about this problem before. We are very disappointed
