I ordered on the Thursday for the service which would deliver the next Tuesday......however later that day (after a couple of emails to clarify what I was getting) I received the final deliverables. What further surprised me was the unexpected little touches - they had gone to the effort of adding a number of little detail which I just assumed I would have to do myself.
