Jan 03,2019EmailMonks did an excellent job of turning out an email template for us. They were able to replicate a design wireframe into HTML and then code it to work flawlessly within Marketo. I provided very specific styling requirements and revisions to the code were minimal. The turnaround time and responsiveness were excellent. Necessary changes were incorporated quickly. Would highly recommend.

The Email Monks team is very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with - we worked with Jay to manage and implement our campaigns. My only feedback would be for Email Monks to be a bit more forthcoming and authoritative in providing strategic advice - we always appreciate advice and clear guidance from experts in their field, which in this case Email Monks clearly has an expertise in. I would highly recommend working with them.

From the online sales experience that began with a web chat and email follow-ups to the subsequent design, development and customer success/account management teams, the entire process has been first class.
