An absolute amazing experience, from The moment we walked in to the end. All staff were on hand to answer any questions. We were provided with information as soon as we were seated. Food was beautiful and meeting the legends was such a wonderful part of the experience. It was my first ever rugby match to watch and the atmosphere was unreal. I honestly can say that I will be back to watch another one thank you to all the staff xx
Managed a full set of photos with the players mingling, and even a short video from legend Neil Back for my poorly Dad, who’s a huge fan. Food and drink aplenty, before and after the match, it really was an epic day at Twickenham, including a scrappy win for England. The host & her team were amazing too, helping me “complete the set” of photos, and even taking one for me. They really went out of their way to give a great customer experience. Thank you again!
What a great day! From the minute we walked through the door at ICON I knew we were in for an amazing experience. There was food available the second we arrived with drinks meeting us on the way in the door. The meal was stunning, extras delivered if required and alcohol flowed freely all day. Our table served was the best in the business. Not to mention the access to all the rugby greats giving insightful interviews and walking freely around the room engaging with people. It was a very close and exciting game which also helped and back to the venue afterward for more food and drinks. Fabulous.

Organisation was exceptional. Had the best day in a long time, great networking event.
Great venue and easy access into the venue and then out into the stadium. Food was good, poured Guinness could have been better. We were lucky that our table was in front of the stage but the noise when trying to hear the guest was overwhelming and still very hard to hear and very disrespectful of the guest speakers.
Staff were excellent; very personable. The talks from the ex players superb, highly engaging and insightful
I had a fantastic day out at Blur at Wembley which I booked through Engage. The booking process was simple and easy and they were on hand throughout to make sure I was catered for. The experience was brilliant, service from staff on the day was great and I felt well attended to. On top of that the seats were excellent, with great views from a band I'd been waiting to see for a long time, who smashed it. Good and easy process from start to finish!
Purchased 4 tickets for the Taylor Swift tour, the Engage team were knowledgeable and provided a great customer experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them or again or recommend their services. 5*
Excellent evening and Hospitality at The Emirates Stadium for The Arctic Monkeys concert. The food provided was amazing, beautiful facility, excellent bar service and options in the complimentary bar, and of course The Arctic Monkeys were incredible. Loved every minute of it, and thanks to Engage for organising. Looking forward to booking future events again with Engage
Had an excellent time at the oval test match v South Africa, what a great day out! Easy to deal with, caring and attentive staff on the day, great guests as I got the chance to drink and chat with legend Graeme Swann and the food and alcohol served were plentiful. Got to see a great view of harry brook make his debut and it really lifted me up after the tough few days prior when we lost her majesty. Couldn’t recommend enough!
Booked 4 tickets for Barcelona F1 with this company in November 22 for the June 23 session. Booked for Saturday and Sunday, but was informed in January 23 that we would need to book Friday too - and suffer the additional costs. Despite multiple chasing I received my schedule and tickets 2 days before the event in June. All taxi transfers and flights already booked. Hospitality at the circuit ran out of wine, ear phones. Team are a shambles, with regards to planning. We also booked Beyoncé tickets prior to our experience at the F1… and they failed miserably as they promised what they couldn’t deliver, seats in the gods at ridiculous prices - with No hospitality at all. Be careful people their contract and pricing schedules will be used against you in any claim - they are the viagogo of hospitality. Spend your hard earned elsewhere. Paddock club for F1 great alternative. If you are hosting clients don’t risk your reputation with this crowd. Choose a trusted partner that reflects corporate ethics and capabilities, not a second hand car salesman operation.
Weirdly obsessive, i put ONE request in for a certain event and they sent me 6 emails for a different (similar) event that i hadn’t even mentioned / was interested in. 4 phone calls as well
Worst experience ever.. they tried to change the date and venue of a concert after we had booked and then changed the inclusions! Total rip off and they really couldn’t care less!
The worst customer service I've experienced in a while. Horrible response times and vague stipulations.
