Feb 26,2024The food was delicious however the service was very poor. The waiting staff didn't know what they were serving which could be dangerous for allergy sufferers. The main course took over an hour to be served and then was freezing cold so sent back & the subsequent serving was also cold so sent back again. Third time it was piping hot. The food served after the match was great. The catering for vegetarians / vegans / gluten free was very good and well considered. Whilst it was great to have the speakers the sound system was so poor you couldn't hear a word they were saying.

Feb 26,2024The service by the waiting staff and the quality of the food was excellent in the hospitality suite. The only let down was the poor quality of the sound system during the meal meaning we missed interviews with players. Match tickets were great being right behind the posts.

Feb 26,2024The hospitality staff made everything seamless from arrival to the end! The food was amazing, really well presented and tasted as good as it looked! The game was the icing on the cake with an England win, great atmosphere and would definitely recommend.

Feb 21,2024Generally a great day. Facilities, food, drink and service all first class. The only serious shortfall was the closure of the hospitality suite’s toilet facilities at half time. The public provision of toilet facilities at Twickenham is notoriously bad and to be forced to rely solely on these facilities, having paid so much money, was PAINFULLY WRONG. You should really re think this arrangement going forward.

Feb 20,2024I continue to receive calls from this company despite expressly stating to delete my information. Today, I asked to make a Subject Access Request. The manager, 'Olly,' I spoke with, told me he didn’t know about the Data Protection Act or who his DPO was. I asked for details of the business owner, and he "you can find them online". This firm is utter cowboys and is breaking the law with their lack of awareness for the Data Protection Act!

Feb 20,2024The whole day from entry and seating through the hospitality and general "looking after" was very well done. I'm not going to lie - meeting Scott Quinnell and having a selfie with him was a highlight - the man's a legend?! The game wasn;t England or Wales' finest hour but the company was convivial and the after game drinks and snacks most welcome. Overall top notch day and I heartily recommend Engage
