May 08,2019The staff was very friendly and helpful and the car was nice, tidy and clean. I was upgraded to a bigger car w/o extra cost. I find that the pickup address in Copenhagen (if not the airport) was too long a distance from city center. It was easy and smooth to deliver the car in CPH airport upon my departure.

Apr 30,2019Was satisfied with enterprise (at least in germany), even got a plus membeship. Not anymore. Enterprise DK pays for doubtful parking tickets (issued by private companies) on customers behalf before the expiry of payment deadline without letting know the customers and then just deducts it from the credit card. So the customers have to run after the money and both syndikates just refers to each other. Simplest way to get the money and lose the customers. Keep it up!

Apr 24,2019Was hoping for a manual transmission vehicle, however got an automatic - maybe it's because I'm from North America - but I drive manual all day, every day. Also, the car I received, even-though it was a premium brand car, was not great. The agent was nice enough.

May 08,2019I forgot to book a navigation system. So I had to update it when I picked up the car . I got a car update, but htey only charged me the navigation system - excellent!
