Mar 07,2019Super service. Have used Avis for many years. We have been doing a 4 month Mini-lease of a varevogn each year as our business is seasonal. Changed to Enterprise in Oct last year and what a difference. Very easy to talk with. Always helpful and their billing is much easier to understand than Avis ever was. You may not have heard of Enterprise but don't be afraid to give them a go.

Mar 06,2019Service and support was really good, got an upgrade. Only challenge was that I was offered a car with summer tyres in January (did not realize that when I picked the car), that could become a challenge, was snowing on my way back to airport, but went well. Surprisingly, I was charged winter tyres which I had to complaint - received a credit note for that. Being on a business trip and having to follow company rules this is a time consuming topic with complaints and we prefer simple processes.
