Apr 10,2019Friendly and fast processing at the counter, paperless approval of agreement and the car was brand new and obviously nice and clean. Easy return process and invoice received same day on exactly the agreed amount. It is only annoying that CPH has decided to relocate all rental companies to a remote position, only accessible by bus leaving every 20 minutes in the evening. This is not appropriate for an airport that has a desire to rank among top 20 airports.
