Jan 15,2020The car I rented was damaged before rental. I made pictures and informed Enterprise. The reply was that this was okay and it would not be a problem for me. On the invoice however, they did charge me with the damage. And after my complaint they were supposed to send me a credit, but in fact they charged me again with the damage. After complaining again I was told that the manager was ill and no decision could be made. This is almost 2 months ago... Never Enterprise again! Addition after the answer from the rental company: After 2 months, many, many emails and telephone calls, I finally got my DKK6000 (€800) back. It’s a sad experience.

Jan 15,2020I have several times problems with the car. Car was not clean when I get it. Tank was not full. Wrong plate number on the key. (Plate number is needed sometimes for parking). Unclear definition how to get the car at the airport. Mostly evrey time (about 6 times the last year) something was not ok

Jan 15,2020They were very kind and helpful. In general a very good experience and a nice price. Although I had a problem with the car (a broken pilot during the rent) and I had to pay it, I can't regret the choice of company, and I'm sure I'll rent with them again.

Jan 16,2020Very pleasant experience. I had my car reserved in advance, paperwork was done quickly and in nice atmosphere. Especially a man named Mats was excellent as frontdesk person, lots of smiles and jokes. As our specific car (Golf) was not available, I was offered BMW X1, brand new, generously equipped, not even 1000km driven. Absolutely nothing to complain, I can only strongly recommend.
