Jan 14,2020I didnt pay the parking fees because I couldn't find it and later they took 800 dkk feom my account when the parking ticket was 500dkk, without contacting me about it, they should have asked me to pay it before deducting 800dkk from my credit card without my permission

Jan 14,2020This is the 3rd time I have been charged for refueling when I have returned the car full. Every time I have had to provide a copy of the petrol receipt and in return Enterprise have stated that it is an admin error. Sorry but once I can accept but not 3 times. I would put it down to a typical scam.

Jan 14,2020They were fantastic. I ordered a small VW Up! and they were given me a BMW X2 as a free upgrade, probably because it was my birthday during that day. I didn't had any problems and the blocked founds for the warranty were returned in 3 days.
