Got a new system ordered from Epos now. The customer service was excellent. Special mention to the lady Samiha who has taken a step ahead and was following up with us on call if the system was working as expected and was resolving all our query. She had good knowledge of the system and provided great service. Highly recommend the Epps now system that would fit in all the business requirements at less cost.
Sales team gave empty promises, the training is terrible. They rush you through training, the trainer doesn't speak English well so very hard to understand. They said there was no surcharges to card reader after a month they billed me for all the surcharges. The surcharge app only works in Australia so you have to fork out for that extra. The team on the support line speak poor English.
Your team as improved since we first signed up a few years back. We are looking at other offers you have. I can't say enough about the gentleman that assisted this morning.
