Denis helped me sort out my changes in MFA settings so that I could access financial reporting. He quickly understood that I had got myself stuck and locked out of my account and raised the necessary support tickets to sort me out, as well as telling me what to do if I was still stuck! Once the settings were all sorted out, I was able to access a payments report with EXACTLY the information that I needed :)
Euan Thomson was fantastic. 5 stars!!!!! Unfortunately the sales team promised me functions that were add on's ££. This could have been made clearer at the onset. The start up process was made very easy due to Euan. He was very patient and very knowledgeable.

The POS was fine our complaint is customer service was not just horrible but mostly nonexistent. I filed SO many tickets that just went unanswered, Then I would get an email telling me they were closing the case because of how long it had been open and inactive! Then cancelling was a total nightmare, we asked for a shipping label, and they stalled and kept billing us for months. We use someone else now and get awesome customer service immediately! check my review of them Updated Oct 15, 2024.
Their back end is buggy. Updates on pricing do not reflect into the till. Support would only prompt you to sync the back end with the front end and I wish that would resolve the problems. The web app itself is terribly problematic. You may have to change the price on items multiple times with no luck and only after spending hours with their support they always find some patch work/work around to assist you with that. Also for new accounts be aware - The 'dedicated' manager the promise you during sales is deceptive. The dedicated manager would do absolutely nothing other than redirecting your issues/inquiries to the support. Tbh I am shocked with how bad tech they've got especially for the branding/establishment they've got in the market!
The team at EPOS now have always been very helpful and quick to respond. I spoke with Mohit this time and he was great, friendly and understandable
