Reece was great and Uber helpful but sadly was physically unable to help me (because there was nothing more he could do, not because he didn’t have the ability to do what was needed). That’s the only reason it’s 4 ⭐️ not 5.
Went with this company for money enforcement. All they did was asking the tenant to pay, when he refused no further action taken. I would not recommend this company for money enforcement, they will not do anything.
Coming on to my private property looking through my windows looking for a previous tenant to only find my wife putting her bra on in the privacy of her own home ..absolutely disgusted in this company ..especially as its a vehicle they are looking for ..do your relevant up to date dvla checks .
After gaining a CCJ against someone who had owed us money since 2017 Equivo handled our case from start to finish, they upgraded our case to High Court, and were fully on the ball giving us updates when available and finally collected all of our money. We are so happy and cant thank the whole team enough
I reviewed the Equivo payment system back in November, as it is not fit for purpose (can't make payments) It is still not fit for purpose... Equivo, please do not reply to this review. Spend the time you would of used replying to sort out your online payment page so you can make payments! I have said payment way to many times in this review... wish I could make a payment!!
I was guided to Equivo due to a builder not fulfilling his contract with me and not returning my deposit. It was easy to speak to someone and emails were replied to quickly and clearly. I felt like my case was genuinely important to them, which helped me to feel like I could trust what they said to me. I would recommend Equivo to family, friends and strangers
Excellent & Professional Service from Equivo I was awarded a County Court Judgement against a very large company who lost my payment and then proceeded to chase me for it. Even after I was awarded the Judgement - they refused to pay it and the Complaints Resolution Team stopped responding to my emails. After over a year of trying to resolve it myself - I got in touch with Equivo and I only wish I’d done that much sooner. They took over my case and once the Courts had officially given them control of the Judgement, I just needed to pay them £161.00 to cover their fees, which was added to the debt on the Judgement. They visited the companies Head Office and finally I received my settlement : ) Everyone I dealt with in Equivo was absolutely amazing, friendly and efficient (Alison, Reece & Aaron). I couldn’t recommended Equivo highly enough.
Should not be allowed to deal with evictions. After paying arrears in full continued to send notices of eviction. Failed to returns calls on numerous occasions. Forever on hold. All the time my wife’s been dealing with cancer and they’ve not had any compassion. It’s been an extremely stressful time and this company have only add fuel to the fire
We found the Equivo teamto be very helpful and easy to use. The online portal was straight forward and uploaded the details easily. Amber and Aaron kept us informed at each stage.
Absolute cluster feck of a company don’t know their ass from their elbow and couldn’t organise a pee up in a brewery . Never had to deal with such a useless incompetent company as these may as well smack your head against a brick wall than try to speak to anyone bunch of absolute muppets
Superb Professional Service from Equivo I had an outstanding debt of nearly £10k from a firm who had commissioned me to write a number of professional reports. Despite having a judgement in my favour from the Count Court Money Claims Centre, the defendant continued to ignore all telephone calls, letters and emails. I sought advice on how to have the judgement enforced, and the guidance on the Department of Justice's website was extremely opaque. I was fortunate to be pointed in the directly of Equivo by my accountant, and instructed them. Within a few weeks, they had the defendant urgently contacting me to resolve the matter without bailiffs (which I declined), and then I received the full amount I was owed plus interest within a further 4 weeks. I did not have to pay Equivo any fee, just a High Court fee of £71 and a Compliance Fee of £75 plus VAT. The experience was outstandingly good, and I would recommend Equivo without hesitation to anyone seeking to enforce a County Court Money Claims Centre judgement.
Verminous excrement would not begin to describe. Their emails bounce back and despite showing account has been clearly paid. Also received racist comments from the advisor on the phone.
From the start, Equivo were professional, clear, reassuring and helpful. The communication through the entire process has been exceptional and resulted in a successful result for us.
After much researching as to which High Court Enforcement Office to use to recover a debt for which there was a court judgment (and which had not been paid by the defendant), Equivo was chosen above others and mandated. The complex process of obtaining a high court write against the defendant and then enforcing was made extremely simple. The high court writ was obtained only in a matter of a couple of weeks given Equivo's (which is normally not the case) and the debt promptly recovered thereafter. Words cannot praise enough the professionalism, courteousness, understanding and knowledge of each of the members of the team with which there was interaction. This whole complex process was handled very efficiently by Equivo (including providing status updates) and the debt recovered promptly despite the defendant not wishing to pay.
I wish you could rate 0 stars. Horrible horrible service. I bought a car, later went to sell it found out a previous owner hadn’t settled the finance and was sent to Equivo I was messed around from the start to finish, no clear response I rang/emailed the amount of times I heard sorry the team isn’t available right not I’ve forwarded to the manager to make sure they ring today to not hear anything was outstanding. Useless I was initially told it would take 6 weeks took almost 3 months I was told I would hear something after a further 14 days it’s not on day 22 and nothing I’ve rang 3 times to be told they will ring you today to not get a call back. Not sure if this is ever going to get sorted bar me ringing every second of every day to eventually speak to the team but we will see
I was recommended to contact Equivo by my Solicitor when it looked as if the current delays within the County Court system would result in me losing the sale of my property. I dealt with Alison and Aaron, both of whom were charming and incredibly helpful and supportive. By total good luck, the CC Bailiff's appointment letter arrived literally within days of me speaking with Equivo and so it was unnecessary for me to employ their services. That in no way detracts from the helpful advice they offered and I would highly recommend contacting them at the earliest opportunity if you need to speedily repossess a property.
Really great and professional team. Allison picked up my call at 6pm on a Friday and made sure I was responded to by 7pm on the same day by Johnathan. He explained the whole process to me and walked me through the service and spelt out the costs clearly. Thanks for all your help Equivo Team
I had the misfortune of dealing with Equivo. Throughout they were arrogant and refused to acknowledge wrongdoing. It took two formal complaints, taking 12 months in total, to get them to admit clear and obvious errors. They only did so when the Solicitors Regulation Authority became involved. Even then they refused to apologise or provide compensation until threatened with Court action, I consider them immoral, incompetent and inefficient. Think twice before engaging them.
Terrible staff, don’t introduce themselves when i called, I wanted to make sure I wasn’t being scammed so I wanted some reassurance, the woman was very snotty 0330 900 1000 and now she won’t answer my call

Aug 18,2023From the first contact with Reece at Equivo, there has been nothing but thorough and helpful advice. He had advised on how to transfer up to the High Court for the eviction of a rather difficult tenant. Reece had efficiently passed on the relevant information to Aaron who acted immediately to issue the notice. From my initial contact with Reece to Aaron executing the eviction, I had found the process seamless. They had both reassured me during this very stressful time. Needless to say, the eviction was carried out and completed within minutes. I truly appreciate both Reece and Aaron for their assistance in dealing with this matter for the repossession of my property.
