Dec 02,2021The team at Equivo were 100% professional from first contact and all the way through to collection. As well as dealing with the debt collection they also very effectively dealt with High Court Enforcement of a possession order. I cannot recommend this firm too highly.

Nov 22,2021Tried to clear balance. Apparently their systems are having issues. Even though I repeated multiple times that I’m not going to keep entering details while it’s still saying processing, advisor ignored me. Update. Equivo have tried constantly to have this review deleted. Dear Equivo I had been holding off on sending the complaint to the Financial ombudsman, unfortunately due to your pettiness I will now be doing so.

Sep 30,2021No nonsense and absolutely professional throughout. They guided us through the stressful eviction process from transferring to the High Court then the actual eviction itself. They were always available to answer our questions as we have never done this before and had previously been let down by supposed experts. We felt in safe hands from start to finish and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Sep 24,2021I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a trespasser and Equivo were instructed by my solicitors to deal with the eviction process. I found them to be very professional and understanding of this horrible situation and found all of the staff but specifically Keren who dealt with the eviction at the property a great help. I also had dealings with Jonathan one of the directors at Equivo who was always willing to take my calls and give me guidance on the situation.

Dec 24,2021I can't thank everyone enough, I was in a awkward situation needing to get a commercial property back into my control ASAP A number of calls with Alison on December 23rd and again communication on Christmas eve and everything was sorted for me They went over and above any expectations I had, everyone else had said due to christmas wouldn't be able to help until new year but Alison pulled all the stops out on Christmas eve for me. Helpful, knowledgeable and great advice and help- can't recommend enough
