I booked a flight for my parents in 2020, and it was cancelled due to corona restrictions. I got an email notifying me that I will get a refund, however it never happened. I called them again recently (2 years later) and they said I am no longer eligible for a refund because so much time has passed. I called KLM and they not able to help me because they said esky.ro needs to. They have stopped communicating. UPDATE: After posting this review eSky sent me an email saying they have processed the refund. However, after 3 weeks the money is yet to be refunded. UPDATE 2: After another month, I can confirm I got the refund. I increased the rating from 1 star to 2 stars, because at least, 2 years later, I got the money back.

From 11th of January when esky said that someone from their company will contact me I am still waiting. This is the worst company. They take the money but they don't bother to give it back.
