Jun 13,2018Aack! I booked two tickets through them. Neither of my credit card charges went through so they called me to run a different card which made me really nervous. When the card finally went through, they called me to tell me they couldn't issue the ticket because now the ticket was 40 eurs more. Then I got a bill from my phone company for$70.00 to sort out the matter because they're in Romania. Now I just have a huge phone bill, no airline tickets, and some people in Romania with all my credit card info. Not an ideal experience.

May 09,2018I booked two tickets with esky for 2 months from now. They decided to cancel one of the two, which wasn't the biggest problem since they only charged my card for one. I booked the other directly with ryanair (at a cheaper price) and recieved my tickets within seconds. I only recieved my invoice a week after making the purchase and still don't have the actual tickets! I tried calling them but gave up after half an hour of waiting. Do not use this site to purchase any tickets! just go to the official website instead.

Apr 18,2018Was conned into this site when looking for FlyBe site. You only realise after booking you are at this Romanian site. Bought a ticket and was also conned into booking insurance for the discounted fee of € 11,99 instead of € 47,99 but they booked both amounts of my credit card. We had to change the date of the return flight and tried to contact them because I bought the insurance but the phone number does not work so had to buy a new return ticket at double the price of what I already paid. No response to my emails sent. On top of that I am very concerned about my credit card details which are used by a Polish company. Be very careful when you use this site but better ignore this site!!!

Apr 17,2018eSky's post of 14th March says 'here is our email address' but it isn't an email address. Thy have made a mistake on my booking but the only way to contact them is on an expensive phone line to Romania - see other's posts for difficulty in getting through. The reservation does not show up on Ryanair. They claim to send Boarding Cards up to 8 hours before the flight. Why so late?They have not advised me how much they charged, only the Euro amount.

Apr 13,2018It was the fist site that popped out, click on it and I bought a business ticket. My reservation is still being processed after a day. Since I cannot trust what's going to happen, I re-bought the ticket from the official airline site in seconds. I wasted a ticket fare, they are unreliable, don't use this site. Good luck calling them, after 20 rings an answering machine goes off, then more waiting for an answer. I felt that I would spend even more for the phone call it self and I hung up. There is a reason why reviews are what they are for this site. Don't bother trying

Apr 10,2018I made a mistake using this company. I had intended to use Easy Jet but this company came up first, their URL looks similar to Easy Jet. I think this is intended to "con" the user. I paid for extras, as there was some uncertainty about my trip, when I wanted to change the date of travel, I had to pay and extra 50%. I think I paid much more than I should have. I must be more careful.

Mar 29,2018Esky has organised their website name to come up at the top of the list for Flybe It says official website for Flybe and fooled a new customer like me They charged me for four flights not the two I booked Their confirmation and electronically generated emails are deliberately confusing and there is no way of stopping them taking the incorrect amount They have been obstructive at every stage of my complaints procedure Their telephone number was unavailable for days There were numerous disconnects when I could get through The helpdesk representative keeps repeating the charge is correct and not listening to my explanations On going further to the complaints section The same person just emails the same mantra That the correct sum has been taken It increasingly seems a deliberate error
