AVOID THIS WEBSITE: I booked my flight from momondo that directed me to esky website. The flight was from copenhagen to Bristol the 2.march with Airline Easy Jet. The Trip got cancelled from easy jet due to wether conditions, and no airplane could in or out to england that day. Easyjet confirm the cancelation and confirmed me refund that would come within workdays. Now what i did not know was the money would come back to Esky who paid fot he ticket to easy jet and i need to get my money back from Esky. I have confirmation from Easy jet that they paid the money back the 2.march to Esky, now esky after several phone calls will not help me with a confirmation that they got the money or anything!!! Do not order you ticket from this website. The service is not even a service and they lie and hang up on you when you caught them in a lie. I will file a case against them. AVOID THIS WEBSITE.
I would not recommend eSky as there payment website is unreliable. The attempted booking stated "unsuccessful"and yet eSky have taken money from my bank. Simply eSky cannot be trusted.
I booked by mistake a flight with them thinking I was in Eurowings website. My flight was cancelled by weather conditions. I saw it when checking the airport departures. I contacted eSky to inform them about this and asking to cancel my return flight plus getting a refund. They denied the flight was cancelled. I was lucky enough to not trust them and going to the airport... I've been sending them emails and calling them and they say they will call be back...AVOID. Always book directly with the airline.
Very good, honest and very safe experience with the booking process over the mobile phone. Will use in the future again.

Was booking flights in a hurry and stupidly booked with this site which came up at the top of my search instead of direct with Eurowings. BIG MISTAKE.
booked flights with this company then due to a change of circumstances I have been trying to cancel my booking. Used their email message service and have been waiting 3 days now for a reply. Cant get through on the phone just rings until it cuts off. If you can get through - Phoning from UK will cost you 75p per min. don't use them!!
Booked a UK domestic flight with eSky. The following day, a woman with an incomprehensible accent phoned to tell me that the insurance premium of 2 euros hadn't gone through. She then blathered on in heavily broken English till I put the phone down. Very suspicious indeed. Never again.
I purchased tickets from London to Norway and as soon as I booked I realised that I had been charged for Insurance which I did not want. I tried contacting them on the international phone number they had provided but as soon as I chose the option for English the line got cut off. I then tried staying on the Polish option and they hung up. finally after 7 attempts on the following day I managed to get thru on the eEnglish language option and spoke to a lady who agreed readily to refund the insurance charge. However, I am hoping that I don't get charge a transaction fee for them charging me in Euros rather than British pounds. Be ware!
I booked my flight with them for £70, provided the card details for payment, confirmation received...everything was looking fine...after 2 hrs the prices went up to ~£150, and after 48 hrs they called me to tell me that my booking has been cancelled due to payment not being done...but if you don't pay it, the reservation won't go through...and I've been offered the new price (2x bigger). I'm sure they did it in purpose. VOID - and be aware there might be a service fee to pay, which does not exist on other similar sites.
I always buy tickets and book hotel, its the best site for travel reservations.

Mar 20,2018Terrible terrible website! Tried to cancel a flight, every time I called they hung up on my or out me on hold to never answer again. Keep in mind that it costs 75 pence a minute to call them! Unbelievably annoying that a company like this exists... Hides the other side of the phone when you want to get your money back, paid 315 for a flight and I’ll get 13 pound back, all I needed was a cancellation email from them so that I could claim on my insurance, it was been two weeks, still no money and still no confirmation! Worst company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, I will never go to this company again. I will also see what legal action I can take.. Stay far far away from this company!
