Dec 21,2021The coffee, packaging and sourcing are all lovely. The inky issue I have is I ordered a large quantity of differently ground coffees to give to people as presents. On the packaging it doesn't inform you how it is ground, which isn't great for the people I am giving it to. I have spoken with Ethical Addictions who responded quickly on the phone. I just wanted others to know this issue whilst they sort out their packaging so you don't end up with the same issue is have.

Dec 16,2021The coffee is excellent but the delivery company they use is appaling. I was told my order was on it's way on December 7th and today is December 16th and my order has still not arrived and yet Ethical Eddictions are only three miles away from where I live.

Dec 11,2021I placed my order online on 3rd December - it arrived on 9th and is already wrapped ready for Christmas. It's the first time I have ordered from Ethical additions and I can assure you it won't be the last - extremely impressed.

Dec 11,2021The best coffee by far….and we’ve tried many. Their Mountain Top and Brazilian single origin beans are our favourites, but we always try a new one with each order. Super fast delivery, you order one day and they generally arrive the next. Superb customer service and great company ethos as well as fantastic coffee.

Nov 11,2021Switched to decaf about a year ago, tried a few from the supermarkets which some where ok. Read about the Swiss water process , did a bit of digging online and decided to order this. Order was sent and received within a few days. I make it in a cafeterie and it’s a lovely cup of coffee. So probably will purchase again.
