Pretty good Value. The devices were easy enough to set up, install and get running. They work good, and the camera pic quality is very good. the one thing that I don't like is the lag time from a detected event to notification. sometimes 5 or 6 seconds. If someone is running it is not fast enough to catch an image. Shipping was kinda slow, too. But it all arrived in excellent packaging, undamaged.

Der Support für eine Rückgabe bei Eufi ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Man bekommt nur irgendwelche Roboter als Ansprechpartner und wird nach 10 Minuten aus Warteschlangen rausgeschmissen. Die Geräte sind gut, wenn auch nicht unbedingt hochwertig gemacht.

Bought cloud security subscription in Dec 2024 online but unable to activate it. Support says activate it from the app but app does not see the subscription and asks me to pay again. Called and spoke with support 3 times since then but they cant help and open tickets so that backend engineer can fix it. Can not directly talk to backend engineer and they will also only email me. Almost 5 weeks now but still nothing. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience. All four of my cameras and the Homebase failed simultaneously after just two years, which raises serious concerns about product reliability. If the expected lifespan is this short, it should be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Instead of offering a meaningful resolution or acknowledging the issue, customer support focused on the expired warranty and offered a generic 15% discount—something that’s already available on their website. This feels disingenuous and does not reflect genuine customer care. This experience has eroded my trust in the brand. I expected better durability and support, and I strongly urge the company to improve its approach to both. Would not recommend unless you’re prepared for premature failures and lack of accountability.

The doorbell with H-Base 2 is now working well though this is not due to customer support. Good products though poor service. I solved the issue myself as communicating with Eufy is slow and hard work.

Hallo, ich habe zwei Kameras und eine Homebase von Eufy bestellt. Bereits bei der Einrichtung musste ich feststellen, dass die App zum einen sehr schlecht übersetzt ist, zum anderen total mit Werbung überladen ist. Zeitweise fragt man sich, ob man nicht gerade die Tem**-App geöffnet hat… Eine Kamera macht von Anfang an Probleme - der Support ist extrem schlecht und baut ganz bewusst Hürden für eine Rücksendung ein. Letztlich ist Eufy auch nur noch eine Billig-Marke die den Markt versucht zu überschwemmen.

Ordered the C220 Smart Lock and it's been a godsend to say the least. Seamless connectivity with the app, no issues with the fingerprint scanner (Like I've heard with other brands), and the battery life has actually been quite impressive. Would definitely recommend.

Just want to say while these cameras worked very well under warranty however once warranty ends these cameras are useless. Nothing they can offer other than buying another set. These are supposed to be water proof, had heavy rain & these cameras were inoperable. Disappointed! The sim cards are purchased separately and are not refundable, something to think about prior to purchase.

Nach genau 2 Jahren zum Ende der Gewährleistung äußerte sich ein Defekt an meinem Saugroboter - ärgerlich. Was dann folgte, hat mich aber doch sehr überrascht. Der Eufy Support hat anhand eines Videos schnell und effizient eine Vermutung zur Ursache aufgestellt, mir den Link zum entsprechenden Ersatzteil geschickt (eine Videoanleitung zum Austausch gab es auch noch dazu) und mir auf das ohnehin schon erschwingliche Teil noch 30% Rabatt gegeben. Es wurde immer ruckzuck und extrem umfangreich geantwortet sich sogar nochmal aktiv erkundigt, ob alles geklappt hat und die Erstattung angekommen ist. Eine ärgerliche Reklamation zu einem positiven Markenerlebnis umzuwandeln ist schon eine Leistung - Respekt dafür!

Brand new product won’t mop. It’s a high end product with zero customer service support. They have a phone number which is constantly switched off.

What’s the purpose of having a camera if it doesn’t recognise the movement? I bought 3 of these after reading good recommendations. After using for 2 years I must say I am very disappointed . Their app is the worse nightmare and half of the night it didn’t record even though it’s set to record 7/24. Avoid!

I purchased these filters for my Eufy pet fountain through their website, but the filters shipped from Amazon. Not a big deal at all, will probably just purchase through Amazon in the future I guess. Shipped promptly and product arrived new. The filters themselves seem to be decent quality. I love Eufy and their products, but I do have one major complaint. I own 2 of their handheld vacuums, but the parts and accessories for these stay sold out on their website. I have to buy non Eufy filters elsewhere usually and can not replace parts or buy accessories because they stay sold out.

Eufy binnencamera's (heb er 3) zijn onbetrouwbaar bij overschakelen van dag/nacht/afwezig. Ze werken soms dagen achtereen goed maar dan ineens weer niet, onafhankelijk van elkaar. Extra vervelend als je niet thuis bent. Ervaring van maanden.
