Jan 21,2025Eufy has dynamically changed our cleaning routine. It made a map out of our floor plan and you can program it to go anywhere and do anything. The water and waste storage make it to where we don’t have to mess with it everyday and it’s so easy to clean. Such a wonderful product! Even our cleaning lady commented on how clean our floors were! I hope it lasts a long time. Going strong on 1 month lol

Jan 21,2025I bought one and its the best outdoor camera so I bought the second one. Now I have two cameras. The pictures are great and the connection is fast, the battery is also good. Love it.

Jan 21,2025I really wanted to like these cameras, especially given the high price point but it just hasn't been great. The app is really unintuitive and it was impossible to find settings like video recording length (under battery settings?!) or how to turn on a camera that was offline (need to remove the device and reinstall it?!). Just really poorly defined user interface. Also, I had to buy a second home base to have a camera at the end of our driveway. Dissapointed that it didn't work over our Wifi. Also, it would be great if it would do continuous recording so that when a motion event is detected you can "rewind" and see the context before the camera picks up, as well as for the clip to stay recording as long as there is motion of any kind in the field of view once a recording has started.

Jan 21,2025Never got the camera to work. You are sending another one. Hopefully this time I can get it working. Finally spoke with a person after three weeks of emails back and forth. Extremely hard to troubleshoot via chat or emails.

Jan 21,2025The Eufy S340 solar camera is dead now because of low battery after 7 weeks. I now have to take out my ladder again to remove the camera and throw it in the trash!

Jan 21,2025I can not use my prior mechanical door bell as the trickle charger with is not providing enough power to keep the battery charged on the eufy device. It kept dropping a couple of percentage points every day. Also I would like to know battery percentage when it's charging (plug symbol).
