In error, I ordered the wrong battery and needed to make an exchange and they offered me $4.50 and when I said I wanted the battery exchange instead they went silent

I had a tricky error on my Eufy Robot vac that I couldn’t figure out. Online chat helped me sone the problem quickly. I ordered a new replacement battery and was back in business in days.

Long wait on the phone. Sometimes the phone robot says there is no one to help. After being connected and working through the multi layered phone menu, the human was helpful with a warranty claim.

Our Eufy is 3yrs old and worked great until one day he stopped. My husband looked & Eufy needed a new motor. We ordered a $20 motor. It arrived several days later & my husband put it back together. Eufy is up & cleaning our house again.

It works. Bought it becuase of the hair trimmer feature but it seems to clog up every time. And hair gets wrapped up around the sweepers. Bought it hoping it would be less daily maintenance. But it's equal to our previous cheap one on Amazon. This one does however do Much better on vacuuming. Much more powerful. Does much better on floor coverage as well. We have a large dog with long hair. Just doesn't take care of dog hair as well as I wanted. Would definitely recommend for homes with cats or short hair dogs

I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ROBOVAC 11S REMOTE CONTROL THAT I ORDERED ON THE 8TH OF JANUARY !!!!!!!!!!😡I NEED MY REMOTE CONTROL FOR THE ROBOVAC!!!! I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION THAT DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO SWEEP. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THAT IT WOULD ARRIVE 3-5 DAYS AFTER ORDERING. IT NEVER ARRIVED. I KEEP LOOKING AT THE ORDER AND TRACKING NUMBERS AND IT SHOWS A BLEEPING CIRCLE SINCE THE 18TH OF JANUARY STUCK. IT SAYS, MOVING THROUGH NETWORK: IN TRANSIT TO NEXT FACILITY, ARRIVING LATE. The camera S3 Pro is always offline regardless of what I do. It's worst than my old cameras. This product should have never been put out for sale with this many problems it's not like it's a cheap camera. When you pay over $200 for one single add on camera you expect top notch products. Very disappointed with uleufy everything since homebase 3 has been a crap show.

My initial experience with purchasing the Homebase 3 was quite disappointing. I first sought a price adjustment due to a minor discrepancy, but it took two days for Chris, a representative from Eufy support, to get back to me. He requested a screenshot showing the discounted price; however, I was unable to provide it since the price had reverted to its original amount. The only evidence I could offer was a screenshot from slickdeals.net, but that deal had already expired. Regrettably, Eufy denied my request for the adjustment. Additionally, upon opening the Homebase 3 today, I found the hard drive bay to be excessively sticky, making it impossible to remove. Consequently, I had to return it for a replacement. Overall, I am quite dissatisfied with this experience and will think twice before making further purchases from Eufy.

Great products, reasonable prices, quick delivery time. Easy to navigate website. Would like to see a combination battery and hard wired indoor camera.

With there help, I felt that I was ordering the correct part, which it was. Was a little disappointed that the wheel motor failed, but I do understand. My daughter was relieved that it didnt cost an arm and a leg. Good job EUFY

So hard to navigate to access via a computer, they have some clumsy way to access (have not figured it out yet) as the instructions don't match anything I can get around.
