Jun 14,2024I have ordered on 10th June, Today is 13th still I have not received the order I got message from DHLthat it will be delivered on 11th but then they said it is delayed as they did not received the order. I called Eurocross and come to know they have delivered to DHL then again emailed DHL they again said they have not received the parcel. I have paid already but have not received anything. These items are perishable I am not sure I should receive the item it by any chance make through to my address.

Jun 09,2024It's a wonderful collaboration experience. A company I plan to return to again. In touch all the time, the parcel was perfectly packed, everything arrived still frozen. For one item that they forgot to put in the order, the money was immediately returned. The carrier company made me nervous, but, of course, there are no complaints about Eurocross. Everything is perfect. Thank you!

Jun 06,2024I bought some very large prawns for a special meal. The prawns themselves were the perfect size and were fine - but they arrived defrosted so I wasn't able to use them for the meal I had planned as I had to use them straight away. But when I rang the company they apologised and immediately refunded me. The product and the way the company behaved was fine - just a shame the packaging let them down.
