Aug 30,2023Meine Tochter und ich haben uns vor 2 Wochen für eine Immobilie an der Westküste von Portugal interessiert. Frau Dörthe Premer von Engel & Völkers Oeste Portugal hat sich um uns vor Ort kompetent und geduldig gekümmert und uns immer sofort geantwortet. Sie hat mit ihrem natürlichen und charmanten Geschick zwischen den Bauherren und uns erfolgreich verhandelt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder gerne mit ihr in Verbindung treten, wenn ich nochmals suchen müsste. Ich kann sie darum wärmstens empfehlen. Zudem spricht sie deutsch, was natürlich auch ein grosses PLUS war. :-)

Aug 03,2023If you want to lose hundreds of thousands of US dollars be sure to list your property with Engel & Völkers, if not, run the other way. We were interested in a silent auction sale; Engel & Völkers calls this "Secret Sale". Right from the start we had to contact the E & V office over and over again to chase down our would-be listing agent to represent us in the sale of your luxury condo in Munich. We were finally given her mobile phone number and left voicemails. As a last ditch effort we sent her a text message. A day later she finally got in touch with us but declared she was going on vacation the next day. First red flag: If she's this unresponsive even before winning us as clients, what would it be like after we signed with her. She eventually made it over to our condo, and after another long week of waiting she finally did email us her purchase price assessment. BUT: The price was literally HALF of what other (reputable!) agencies had quoted us! To show how she had arrived at such a low number she had sent comparison condo sales examples, but those condos were not at all comparable to our condo, neither in quality nor in location. To us it seemed that she was deliberately trying to pressure us into selling our condo for half price. Given the enormous difference in the purchase price assessment between Engel & Völkers and the other real estate companies we were at a complete loss as to why they would want to set the price 50% lower than the actual market value. Was our agent, who carries the title of “Managing Director and Shareholder” really this incompetent? Or were they/someone closely associated with them, going to bid (and win!) the auction themselves and pocket a huge profit down the road? Be it as it may, luckily we hadn't signed with Engel & Völkers yet and were able to go with a different real estate company to represent us. Our conclusion: Engel & Völkers is not trustworthy. There are other websites out there with many unhappy reviews, including shady business dealings of Engel & Völkers involving an investment in Dubai, and another in Forest Lakes Country Club, Nova Scotia (Canada) gone bust. People apparently lost $500,000 to upwards of millions of dollars, some lost their retirements. Other reviewers complained about lowball price assessments very similar to ours and dealt with the same unresponsiveness as we did, etc. . Jul 17,2023Nefastos, tanto si quieres vender como comprar o alquilar a través de ellos, no entiendo como en otros foros hablan bien de ellos, serán fake...anuncios falsos para luego empapusarte sus mierdas, exigen comisión de entre 20 y 30% y si como comprador estas relmente interesado el proceso es desesperante...si tienes suerte de hacerte o bien con el propietario o a través de otra agencia comprobarás de primera mano lo ineficientes que son

Jul 02,2023Firmamos con E&V para vender nuestra pensando que eran una empresa seria y profesional. Nos ofrecieron a un comprador de la casa y nos aseguraron que era solvente. Se firmó contrato de arras y desde el primer momento tuvimos problemas para cobrar lo pactado en el contrato de arras. El comprador no era solvente. E&V nos garantizaba la solvencia del mismo y finalmente no se finalizó la operación con un gran perjuicio para nosotros. Estamos bastantes seguros de que E&V sabia de la falta de solvencia del comprador y nunca nos dijo nada hasta que toda la operación se vino abajo. Muy poco profesionales. No los recomiendo. Muy poco profesionales. Nunca volveré a contratar sus servicios.

Jun 09,2023Every property they have is either fake or an old listing that is not available, then they waste your time making you wait forever and at the end an excuse such as the owner no longer wants to sell or rent the property, this has happened in different countries so is not location specific, it’s the company marketing approach at which point you will have lost any other options you had.

Jun 07,2023Well, I always considered engelvoelkers a premium agency. I contacted the office in Pescara (Italy) in order to sell my villa. I didn't receive any contact from them, I had to chase the advertising. Also, I had to create my own villa sale advert on Idealista and Immobiliare with some other estate agent. It was a waste of my time sending emails and creating a shared folder with all the documents. Really not advised.

Jun 03,2023Man ruft vergeblich mehrmals bei der Maklerin an, obschon sie meine Nummer kennt. Man wartet vergebens auf einen Rückruf. Wird einmal eine Schätzung abgegeben, dann ist diese absolut unrealistisch und überteuert.

Apr 27,20232022 haben wir Engel & Völkers als Verkaufsmakler unseres Geschäftsobjekts (Gastgewerbe und Wohnhaus) beauftragt. Nach sechs Monaten beendeten wir den Auftrag an diesen Immobilienmakler, da wir mit den Bemühungen und Qualitäten des Maklers sehr unzufrieden waren. Der Verkaufspreis stellte sich als unrealistisch eingeschätzt heraus, die Kommunikation mit dem Makler war sehr schlecht, getroffene Vereinbarungen wurden nicht eingehalten, die vom Makler für den Verkaufsprospekt gemachten Fotos waren von nicht professioneller Qualität, der Makler hatte kein aktuelles u für uns interessantes netzwerk von potentiellen käufern, potentielle käufer waren im vorfeld schlecht über unser geschäftsobjekt informiert, wodurch potentielle käufer mit unterschiedlichen erwartungen zur besichtigung des objektes kamen und nach der besichtigung sich wieder zurückzogen, die Verkaufsstrategie war nicht professionell und beschränkte sich auf Werbung über den Standard-Websites für Immobilien, Social-Media-Kanäle wurden nicht genutzt und auch nach Beendigung des Auftrages wurde unser Haus noch einige Zeit über Engel & Völkers angeboten. Insgesamt stellte sich heraus, dass Engel & Völkers bei der Auftragsakquise ein hervorragendes Akquisitionsgespräch geführt hatte, sich aber im Nachhinein herausstellte, dass in der Praxis nichts realisiert wurde. Gerade für den Verkauf einer Immobilie im gehobenen Segment stellte sich Engel & Völkers als nicht der richtige, professionelle oder fachkundige Verkaufsmakler heraus.

Dec 08,2022Engel & Völkers Gelnhausen- Frau Acar Ich suche schon seit geraumer Zeit ein Haus in dieser Gegend. Da kam ein Hsus auf den Markt das uns sehr Interessierte, und dies wurde auch zum Ausdruck gebracht. Ich wollte das Haus fast kaufen da mein Sohn es schon besehen hatte weil es in seiner direkten Nachbarschaft lag, und wollte eine Reservierung machen. Da hieß es das ginge nicht sondern man solle die Besichtigungen abwarten. Tja, 2 Tage später war das dann nicht zu reservierende Haus reserviert für jemand anderen. Wir sind zutiefst verärgert über dieses Geschäftsgebaren. Ich habe Emailverkehr um das zu belegen.

Dec 03,2022E&V offered to manage my luxury property rental and found me some tenants. They told me they would do an inventory themselves and assured me not to worry because they would hold a deposit in case something broke. Sadly, my apartment was vandalised by the tenants they found me, and it has taken us one month to return it to its original state. The experience of founding our apartment in that estate was traumatic. When it came to recovering our deposit, they made it incredibly difficult because the inventory they did was just six overall pictures of the apartment. The agent's visit to do the inventory must have been so rushed that she forgot to take a picture of the living room and the sofa. Not what you would call a thorough and thoughtful inventory. The previous tenants stole and broke all sorts of things that we could not claim due to such a poor inventory. After the whole incident where I had to sleep in a hotel because I could not be in the apartment, I am yet to receive a phone call from anyone in the agency, offering any explanation or simply anything reassuring or comforting. My experience with them is that they are not professional at all. They will rush you to sell or rent with them and assure you everything will be ok. Still, when you encounter serious difficulty, they are shockingly inexperienced and lack the essential customer service sophistication required to operate as an agency, let alone a premium one.

Il dichiarato possesso di alcuni certificati inizialmente promessiI non sono stati mai consegnati, nemmeno dopo esplicito sollecito scritto. Tra i pochi documenti ricevuti ci sono stati anche documenti inaffidabili. La prossima volta eviterò questa agenzia sia per vendere che per comprare.

I called them to visit an apartment in Valencia historic center and for 5 days the agent told me that he tried the owner couldn’t be available for a visit. This agent didn’t propose any dates for a visit ! 5 days later the agency told me that this apartment which was a very good opportunity was already sold and had an offer. But the first agent never said about this offer for 5 days ! I wanted to call the owner directly to verify what is the true , but Engel&Volker refuse to provide the contact. Not clear at all ! Engel&Volker is a waste of time !!

Nov 07,2022Cuando llamas, primero te toman los ´´datos´´, te registran en el sistema etc y solo después te dicen de que ya se pondrá en contacto un agente. Pero nunca devuelven las llamadas.. aunque quieras alquilar un piso de mas de 2000 euros. Mala gestión y atención a los nuevos clientes, para una empresa que se posiciona en el mercado inmobiliario de alto standing.

Aug 17,2022Satisfacción del cliente o satisfacción por el cheque? En nuestro caso el fin no justifica los medios. Un proceso de compra y venta conjunta en que pretenden coordinar como equipo pero se comportan como células independientes complicando la comunicación. Hemos sufrido desinformación en los impuestos de compra, que se nos informan tras pagar las arras provocando que solicitemos mayor hipoteca y gracias que el banco lo facilitó, si no, quizás nos quedamos sin casa y sin las arras entregadas. Acordamos mayor flexibilidad para visitar la casa de compra con nuestro arquitecto ya que requiere una gran reforma y todo son trabas y retrasos hasta el momento de la compra. Sólo hemos podido visitar en 3 meses, una casa para reformar 3 veces desde la primera visita hasta el día de la firma, habiendo reclamado en varias ocasiones. Nos publican nuestra vivienda de venta con errores y aunque se avisan, no los actualizan. Durante nuestra venta, no cumplen con los horarios de visita que habíamos pactado. Pactan el precio con el comprador a pesar de nuestras indicaciones y sin ninguna explicación al respecto. Algunos comerciales son rudos y mal educados, tratando a los clientes con prepotencia. Como somos mayoritariamente clientes de 1 ó 2 operaciones en la vida, no se tienen que ganar ni la satisfacción ni la recurrencia. En el día de la firma de venta tras instarles a revisar la factura de la comisión nos propinan frases como: - espero que en tu trabajo cobres siempre - tenéis una pataleta y no queréis pagar - os voy a enviar un burofax para que paguéis o directamente con la demanda judicial - Sr. Notario, esta gente no quiere pagar, levantemos acta notarial y que paguen los gastos - Nos insta a callar y bajar la voz ante notario tras su plante prepotente y amenazador (amenazador, no informativo) Muchos fallos, desinformación, toma de decisiones unilateral, malos modos. Tras exponerles los hechos y nuestro descontento, no obtenemos ninguna respuesta más que "pagad las facturas u os enviamos a los servicios legales", diría abuso de poder. Su excelencia se basa en la cantidad de comerciales autónomos que van con el cuchillo entre los dientes y que buscan/encuentran muchos potenciales clientes, clientes a veces poco cualificados para demostrar que hacen muchas visitas. Poco transparentes, poca comunicación y acciones basadas en hechos consumados...no muy buena experiencia para la excelencia que publicitan, mucho marketing y a veces poca profesionalidad de los comerciales que para ellos el trabajo es un extra. Han cumplido con la venta pero el camino no es excelente.

Jun 15,2022No se fuera de España…pero aquí es una estafa brutal, de hecho suena a piramidal, siempre hay unos pocos anuncios gancho, en los que preguntas y ya tienen tu contacto, mientras te dan largas ( que a veces las escusas son de risa) te avasallan a llamadas, whatsapp y mails ofreciéndote otros pisos “parecidos” al de tu interés…y si por casualidad conocéis a alguien que les haya preguntado para vender con ellos es para volverse loco…mucha publi, mucha foto chula pero son una mafia

Nello specifico, ho fatto un'offerta scritta per un appartamento, mi e' stato chiesto di versare diverse migliaia di euro in anticipo senza alcun contratto o fattura, di fornire una grande mole di dati personali e di firmare quattro contratti vessatori. Cio' senza alcuna conferma dell'operazione. Infine l' agente non si e' neanche preoccupata di darmi riscontro sull'offerta -------- In the face of dizzying costs, the service is poor, extremely bureaucratic and unreliable. Specifically, I made a written offer for an apartment, I was asked to pay several thousand euros in advance without any contract or invoice, to provide a large amount of personal data and to sign four oppressive contracts. Sep 08,2023Son estafadores, piden un mes de alquiler + IVA a los inquilinos, cuando la nueva ley lo prohibe expresamente. Además, si le llamas la atención se ponen muy chulos y agresivos y luego desaparecen. Típico de los ladrones.
