May 19,2022Wir suchen aktuell in mehreren Orten um und in einer Großstadt eine Immobilie. Für eine E&V inserierte Immobilie haben wir angefragt und da diese nicht mehr verfügbar war, hatten wir zugestimmt, dass unser Profil und die Wünsche, die wir per Mail gesendet hatten, an die anderen Suchorte weitergegeben werden. Nun meldet sich täglich ein separater Berater. Wir dachten, wir bekommen einen Ansprechpartner und der zeigt uns Exposés und dann, bei Interesse, die Immobilie. Jedesmal muss ich die Wunschliste neu runterbeten. Dann kommen immobilien, die teilweise nicht im Ansatz den Wünschen entsprechen und zudem weit über unserem Limit liegen. Es ist nur noch nervig. Inzwischen sind wir zu der Feststellung gekommen, dass es egal ist welches Maklerunternehmen es ist, diese ihr Geld nicht wert sind. Nur Ärger...

Mar 24,2022Welchen Teil von "Bitte keine Werbung" an meinem Briefkasten verstehen sie nicht?? Sehr unseriöse Firma mit Deutscher Herkunft. Würde niemals einer solchen Fake Firma meine Immobilie anvertrauen.

The very first time we travelled to Sun Peaks to look at condos, Damon gave us a 1 hour tour and showed us the lay of the land and all of the plans for the future developments. This was exactly what we needed, and made it much easier to buy a place knowing exactly where we wanted to be. Damon is very knowledgeable and was very helpful. I highly recommend Damon!

Jul 30,2021My husband and I are currently living in the USA. Our dream was to purchase a house in Italy, so we searched on Gate-Away and approached several Italian estate agents. It was a very frustrating and unproductive endeavor until we found Elia Antolini from Engel & Volkers in Perugia. From our very first email correspondence I knew I had found the right person to be my eyes, ears and mouth in Italy. His ability to identify with our needs and his very good command of the English language made it possible for us to communicate freely and easily. On the subject of communication, Elia has been available for us morning, noon and night, bearing in mind that our day is his night. Nov 06,2020Esta empresa trabaja con dueños que no devuelven fianzas. Hay pisos anunciados para alquilar que la propietaria no ha devuelto la fianza y E&V lo sabe. They knowingly work with landlords who do not return deposits. Avoid!!!!

Oct 31,2020Hello, we hired your company to do our listing. I believe our agent presented herself in a professional manner. We lost the sale of our home, because both the buyer's agent and seller's agent lacked any experience in intense negotiations. I had to constantly remind my agent to send me contract papers. One thing else for all agents entering the market. Texting is fine, but when it comes to any home, please remember to call first and explain offers in detail and then text the message for the buyers or sellers records. Next time I want an agent that knows all about tough negotiations and knows how to close the deal. I am looking for someone who has fire in their belly to please me and work hard for me and to close the deal.
