Very good value and arrived when promised. However... I ordered a similar product at the same time. They sent me an email confirmation of receipt of my order. They sent me an email confirmation of the dispatch. They sent me a Royal Mail tracking number. The only email I got from you was asking 'How did we do'. So some areas for improvement there! Reference below... Isn't it odd I received the 'How did we do' email, but not the other ones? (Not in Spam or elsewhere!)

Great item. Revamped my old chairs no problem. Just not deep enough to tuck in at the back of the seat despite measurements but it doesn’t stop you from sitting down. Comfortable warm and stylish.

Quick delivery, product in original packaging, and such cheap prices (seen the same product second hand being sold for twice the price!)! Also the heart buckle belt is SUPER CUTE, makes any outfit instantly more bubbly :)
