Jun 24,2023Customer service is disgusting. Having spent almost £400, I thought this place would be a nice regular provider for my business. I ordered over 180 napkins along with other items, 50 napkins were missing and they refused to refund or replace items. They are claiming it was sent to me and refuse to cooperate. Don’t give yourselves a headache, it’s not worth the hassle. I won’t be spending another penny here. Other companies are more professional and provide better services. If I hadn’t used the items, I would have returned every single one.

Sequin Table runners were quite see through and not full of sequins like my others. They had patches of sequins missing too. Sadly couldn’t return as needed them for an event. Having said that they looked ok on the tables
