Having a Trust looking after your assets is certainly important, and looking after your best interests is Mark, his knowledge is unfathomable. listening to your wants and needs, explaining the best route, and giving you options based on the information. He visited us in her home and was both professional and personable, putting us all at ease with a process we were unfamiliar with. He was thorough in the questions he asked my Mum and made sure the changes she was making were being driven by her own wishes and needs. He explained everything clearly and checked we were happy with the advice he was giving. After the meeting, Mark sent the draft of her new will back to us very promptly to check, and he encouraged us to ask further questions if there was anything we were unsure of before the will was finalised. He was patient and at all times helpful in explaining some of the more complicated choices and their outcomes in a simple and understandable way. Making a will can be an uncomfortable prospect.
